The accommodation is just like the listing, it helps a lot the service they have to go down to the beach, although you can also ask for grab or walk. Consider that the road to the rooms is wooden duels and is heard when someone comes in and out, being in a natural place the noises of the animals are usually heard very loud, so you usually wake up around 5 am. The staff is very friendly and helpful at all times

Beautiful, clean and cozy place surrounded by nature! The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Especially practical: the possibility to rent a scooter directly at the property. Breakfast was included, and even for our departure in the morning we were provided with a packed lunch before the official start of breakfast – really great service! In addition, the accommodation was easily accessible. We felt completely comfortable and would definitely come back!

We appreciated the room. It was very spacious with a great view to the sea. Cleaning service is very good. The place is near Choengmon Beach, lots of good restarurants available. The bed was very comfortable. Highly recommeded!

One of the best locations in Patong. Mere seconds from the beach. Beautiful rooftop pool. Very nice and clean rooms. Friendly staff. Only things to flag are the WiFi in one of the buildings is very, very poor and and while the breakfast is free, it’s average at best. All in all, I’d say money well spent and I would recommend staging. If WiFi is important, ask to stay in the second, bigger building with the rooftop pool.

Wonderful place to stay and extremely accommodative. Host was incredibly nice and enthusiastic. A wonderful oasis after lots of traveling.

This small hotel is an amazing find. I will be returning every year for sure. The facilities are very well constructed. The gardens are beautiful. The suites are comfortable. The gardens are beautifully landscaped with amazing trees, bushes, and flowers. The swimming pool is awesome and always available. The restaurant, open for breakfast and lunch, is absolutely outstanding. The service is impeccable and the food is fresh and delicious. Beaches are within walking distance. Other restaurants for night time use are within walking distance. The entire area is very quiet and peaceful. The whole island is clean and the people are amazingly friendly. Actually, I do not want to go home to the chaos. This is a great find and very affordable as well. The best time to come here is during the high season which is November - March. Do not come at other times, because I will be here at some point, and I want the place to myself (just kidding, kind of.). This is a great retreat.

please note I was upgraded to the Superior sea view so my review here will not be accurate for the Deluxe Sea view. I did see this "Deluxe Sea View" during my stay and I am so glad I didn't end up in that room as it is sooo small and the view is mostly of a roof. the Superior sea view however that I did stay in is stunning; the whole front is glass doors onto a large balcony overlooking the pool and our to the sea. The staff are very friendly and helpful, cleaning my room according to instructions etc. I stayed during low season so had the hotel mostly to myself apart from one or two guests here and there. The only downside to the stay was the noise from the main road and the loud boats in the bay; it really is constant and throughout the night too!! I am a light sleeper so had to use earplugs and sleep sounds every night, but it was almost worth it for the view / location and kind staff.

The complex is beautiful, the rooms a dream. Easy to feel good about. Breakfast is included and very good. The beautiful beach is in close proximity to all accommodations. The main street, with its many restaurants, shops and clubs, seems miles away, no sounds can be heard in the room. You only hear a plane from time to time, but even that is not disturbing in the room...and otherwise not really. So the perfect place for rest, relaxation, shopping, etc.

Real cute bungalow resort. Host was very helpful, helped us arrange transport and gave recommendations even though we booked last minute. We came and swam in the very nice (big, clean and deep enough for diving practice) pool and instantly wished we booked a longer stay. Close walk to beach and amazing night market!

Had a fantastic 3day stay in the 2 bedroom family villa, some of the furniture is chipped & damaged and needs repaired or replaced which had a slight downside to the overall appearance of the rooms but that didn't affect us having a great stay, short walking distance to all amenities, would definitely stay here again in the future if I was in the area

Such a beautiful room with my own personal pool, the infinity pool looking into the mountains was amazing! Absolutely beautiful and it has a BAR!! So close to everything, the beach I right across the street, I’ll stay here every time I come to Phuket 🫶🏼🫶🏼

From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the spaciousness and modern design of the room. The decor was both elegant and cozy, with a perfect balance of luxury and comfort. The private pool was absolutely amazing; it offered a serene and intimate atmosphere, allowing me to relax and unwind in complete privacy. The pool itself was beautifully maintained, and I loved being able to take a refreshing dip whenever I pleased. The attention to detail in the room was amazing from the bug repellent to the robes and flip flops.

Great stay, note it’s a boutique hotel so might be better off booking with them since they have a great hotel app for things like in room dining etc instead of using BnB
