Not sure 1000 characters will be enough, but I’ll try: Punch and her partner, Wayne, were EXTREMELY helpful and their customer service is on par with that of 5 star hotels we’ve stayed at in big cities. We came to Krabi to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The hosts played an integral part in helping me coordinate a special day for my love. Punch secured a private boat tour and very special lunch and reservations for us at “Lae Lay” restaurant at Phulay Bay, and a wonderfully decadent chocolate cake from a local cafe. Wayne about took his last breath blowing up loads of balloons to surprise Leila with on the boat. We joined Punch’s awesome yoga class on Saturday morning as well. The fridge was well stocked with water, milk, juice, and beer. The villa itself was stupendous! Very clean, organized and luxurious. It is a little secluded, but we used the local taxi man to get around. There are also several cafes located nearby. I 10000% recommend a stay with Punch and Wayne. We will be back!

I’ve been traveling for a month and this is by far my favorite place that I’ve stayed so far! The location is amazing, close to things but also tucked back by a beautiful mountain, so it’s very peaceful. Gun and all the staff are all so friendly and extremely accommodating as well 🩷 I had the privilege of chatting with most of them at least a few times and every interaction brightened my day! I will 10000% stay here again 🤩

We loved our stay at Lanta’s accommodation! Breakfast, roomservice, was fabulous although we didn’t taste the Thai variations. The fresh fruit, Thai sweets, fresh bread / pastries and cookies made it a real treat. Every day a little different. Surrounding is beautiful. We rented a scooter via Lanta and spent our days exploring nature and waterfalls, beaches and nice places to eat. There are bikes available which we only used our first day. Feeding the fish was also nice. From the balcony you can see various birds. The appartment feels ‘home’ and is very clean! Lanta and staff are utmost friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this stay 🥰

We were very satisfied with the stay, we also extended it on site, we paid a higher amount there but also got the best villa (Villa 5) with the best views. The service was perfect, someone was available all day and helped directly no matter what, if you needed extra towels, help with technical things, etc. The most special thing was of course the view and the accommodation itself, a 7/11 right around the corner so you could also get something to snack on late in the evening ;) In the morning there was always a warm breakfast which you could be individually put together the day before, always super delicious! At the reception, we received a small gift before departure, which we were very happy about. what you should also note is that of course due to the location you get to see a few animals, which was not a problem for us.

The villa is very nice and private, there’s a guard around 24/7 which made our stay feel safe. The host was extremely kind and responsive, we checked in late in the evening and there were some stains on the sofa but the host immediately came to fix everything which we appreciate. The villa is also only a few minutes away from the beach which is great! Would definitely come back to stay here again 😊

This stay was great! Upon arrival we were an hour early and because 1 of the 2 rooms were already clean we could already enter. When we were lying by the pool, we even got a plate of fresh fruit! The accommodation has a super nice view of the mountains and everything was very clean. The host was always available for any questions we had, and there were many haha. This was super! Through the host, we could also arrange for a scooter to be brought to the accommodation and it was also picked up upon departure. This is great because the accommodation is a little further from the center. (10 min approx.) Upon departure, we also received a keychain as a gift. Very sweet! We actually wanted to stay longer but unfortunately the accommodation was already booked. Definitely recommended if you are in Krabi!! 10/10. Thanks for everything!
