院子里好多非常漂亮而且古老的树，有个超大鱼池，好多漂亮的鲤鱼，晚上的落日很漂亮，大厨房烧饭有煤气，每天有服务员打扫卫生，收拾院子，傍晚来点蚊香，很多户外桌椅，可以自由选择在不同风景中吃饭喝茶，我们住了7天，外面景点和饭店都不如这里漂亮，真的就是住在风景里的感觉，太喜欢了

The listing is quite clean and has all the amenities you would need. - The wifi is not great, so I wouldn’t consider it if I have to work. There are multiple closets, but most are being used to store the host’s stuffs

朋友們對這民宿整體感覺十分滿意，我們都特意安排了半天留在民宿內好好享受屋內設施：桌球枱、游泳池、卡拉OK及燒烤爐，像舉行了一個開心派對，十分難忘，民宿到商場超市都不遠，大讚，推薦。

特别喜欢一楼的公区！光影的打造和法式复古家具相互承托简直就是个摄影棚！小猫咪们用一根猫条就贿赂到啦真的超有镜头感（我们住的一楼单间完全不会感觉挤还是独立卫浴喔～旁边还有超宽敞的厨房各种厨具和调料应有尽有，冰箱和洗衣机容量也超大適適一家人租一栋长居应该很舒服～

The accommodation is quiet and peaceful. The house is large and spacious, but it’s quite far from tourist attractions. The entrance to the alley is a bit deep. If distance isn’t an issue, this is definitely a place worth staying. The owner responds quickly.

Very nice villa in local area, same as the picture you could see and even better. House is brand new, and easy to find on google map. The host gives very clear instruction for check in and response very quick. Will recommend to everyone travel with family and friends.

This small house had a cosy, warm, clean and mediative feeling. Perfect for two people to share. You are surrounded by greenery and natural materials. Somporn lives next door with her family, dog and cat who are very well behaved and do not bother you at all. You can wake up in the morning to watch the sunrise from bed, bird watch, reflect and relax. The lake view is also a very lovely feature. There wasn't much of a walk to do in the area, or anything else really if you don't have transport so it is a place that allows little activity. We would've enjoyed this house a lot more if the house wasn't on the main road. The road noise is intrusive and sometimes there were street vendors right outside the door making noise. Somporn was a very communicative, helpful and respectful host and was always available to help. I really recommend to order from the local farm shop advertised, receiving the produce really made our stay a lot more interesting and the produce was great.

A wonderful stay! The accommodation was clean, quiet, and perfect for families. The owner takes excellent care of the place, and everything looked just like the photos. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others. If we have the chance to return, we would gladly stay here again.

Lovely room and pool! staff were lovely and cafe was convenient by the pool. Unfortunately had very noisy people upstairs but otherwise was great. Grand Canyon Waterpark basically across the road and a 7/11 roughly 20/25 min walk but otherwise need taxis to get around.

Brilliant stay

This Airbnb was so beautiful and a great stay for our group of 8 people. Definitely 5/5 stars and just an aesthetic place. Just a few things to note if visiting: the frogs at night are very loud, especially more so in the rooms closest to the living room but ear plugs and playing rain noise on our phones helped a lot. There is a rooster next door as well, but we didn’t totally mind an early wake up. Lastly, the pool is absolutely incredible but when the ground around it gets wet, it is dangerously slippery - just something to note if elderly or children will be visiting. We were just extra careful. I still think this place deserves a 5/5 though bc they are all manageable things and out of their control. It was also exceptional because they allowed for a late check out due to half of our group getting food poisoning and we appreciated that more than anything.

Quite place with everything we needed. Nice with access to pool, welll equipped kitchen, free water, Netflix and free bikes for use. Very good attention by the owner as well.

We had a wonderful stay – the place was cosy, safe, and surrounded by beautiful nature. The 15m crystal-clear pool was a real highlight. Our spacious bedroom with en-suite, plus an extra bathroom and chill-out air conditioning, made everything super comfortable. Really happy with the experience and we’ll definitely see Carsten again!

Very peaceful villa and exactly how it is described.

可能是特别的缘分，让我们入住了Moon和Hank的田园小屋，这简直就是本次旅行的最大亮点。自驾租车开过去的，非常好找，有明显的标识。进去后，就是如陶渊明诗中的小屋，我想桃花源记中的场景也不过如此了。干净的厨房和卫生间，舒适的卧室以及床具。 Moon每天早上准备超级丰盛的亚洲早餐，时不时还会过来带我们看院子里养的香料，种的果子以及池塘里的超级大螺。Moon和家人还带我们参加了一场对面寺院的布施功德活动，是一场特别的体验。对于离开，非常不舍，希望下次还有机会住回这里，体验最闲适安逸的清迈生活。祝福Moon和Hank平安快乐，相信我们还会再见。 附： 【周边】算是杭东的热闹区域，隔壁就是108公路，有big C杭东市场，奥莱等购物餐饮场所。不远的地方还有活虾市场，可以买到新鲜的罗氏虾以及拆好的螃蟹，非常新鲜， 肉质鲜甜（参考：制作好的一盒虾+一盒蟹总计490泰铢）。网红餐厅黑森林距离此处6公里 【娱乐】距离夜间动物园，皇家公园很近，旁边好像还有个大象营。去到素贴山、清迈大学那边大概14公里，开车半小时 【交通】建议自驾，周边车很少，好开，而且院子里方便停车，泰国大多数地方也都停车免费，购物中心和超市停车场很便捷。如果不自驾，可以尝试叫grab

Nice location and great host. They provide everything we needs and they are very flexible. We were on our family vacation and this place felt like home.

한국인입니다. 여기야말로 인증샷 맛집인데 왜후기가많이없지 사진이랑 100프로 똑같아요 5박6일 묵었고요 위치 숙소근처에 유명한 맛집들 꽤 있고 짱유명한 네일샵도 두개나있어서 편해요 숙소 바로옆에 밤 늦게까지 하는 대형카페도있고 비비큐식당도있어서 아주편합니다. 올드타운, 반캉왓은 60바트대의 택시비로 갈수있음. 시설 그리고 제일좋은건 24시 수영장입니다 한밤중에 다 잘때, 해없을때 은은한 조명만 있는 그시간에 수영하면 크- 감성 끝내줍니다. 24시 사용할수있다는건 아~주 깨끗히 관리한다는건 아닌거 아시쥬? 숙소내에 큰테이블과 의자덕에 아주 편하고 냉장고도 나름 큰게있어서 엄청 편했어요 다만 장판이 아니고 타일이라 실내화 준비해오면 좋아요 그리고 창이 나무창이다보니까 감성은 좋지만, 모기가 좀 있어요. 홈키파 필수입니다 개인적으로 강추. 예쁜카페 찾아갈 필요없이 커피하나 사와서 숙소정원에서 먹으면 됩니다👍🏻 비오는 날 밤에 우산쓰고 동네한바퀴하면서 로컬국수사먹고 그런감성이 엄청 좋았아요. 로컬지역이라 그런지 시끄럽지않앗고 다만 아침에 닭이 그렇게 웁디다..옆집인듯 그튀먄 췅결이 줴일류 즁요하댜면 고뮌해보숴롸. 전췌일졍보돠눈 며췰만묶귈추쳔. 왜냐맨, 나둉 콘됴로 이샤가뉘캉

We have great Water festivals 2025 at Chiang Mai in this Home , We really like this home , Especially kitchen and Dining Room is great . Car Parking also good for us . Hands down the most beautiful Airbnb I’ve stayed in to date! The design was truly one-of-a-kind, with thoughtful decor that gave the space a warm, homey vibe. Tucked away in a peaceful setting, it offered the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. Bonus: there’s a great little restaurant nearby with delicious food. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and recharge in style!

A beautiful place not too far from the city, lovely people and also lovely animals :) I just stayed two days but it was amazing! It's possible to order food and drinks with the app. if don't feel to walk or drive away.

The host and her aunt were very accommodating. Check in was a breeze and flexible, too. They let us stay at a separate unit temporarily because we got to their place really early. The place was nice and cozy. Perfect for groups at an affordable price. There’s also a nearby restaurant called Majia which had great food with an even greater ambiance. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much to the host and her aunt. They were both very very nice. 10/10 would recommend and I would def go back here if I ever find myself in Chiang Mai again. 🫶
