There are many very nice and old trees in the yard, there is an oversized fish pond, a lot of nice carp, the sunset in the evening is beautiful, the big kitchen boiling has gas, there is daily cleaning, cleaning the yard, picking up the yard in the evening, a lot of outdoor table and chairs, you can freely choose to eat and drink tea in different scenery, we stayed for 7 days, the outside spots and restaurants are not as nice here, really is the feeling of living in the scenery, so much

+ A really pretty listing located in a remote part of town, great for a quick getaway. Perfect for a friend group, as you can unwind and enjoy the serene and peaceful surroundings together. The listing is quite clean and has all the amenities you would need. - The wifi is not great, so I wouldn’t consider it if I have to work. There are multiple closets, but most are being used to store the host’s stuffs

Friends are very satisfied with the overall feeling of this B&B. We specially arranged to stay in the B&B for half a day to enjoy the indoor facilities: billiards table, swimming pool, karaoke and barbecue grill. It was like having a happy party, very unforgettable. The B&B is not far from the mall and supermarket. Great, recommended.

I especially like the common area on the first floor!The lighting and French vintage furniture complement each other perfectly, it's like a photo studio!The kittens were bribed with a cat bar. It was really photogenic. (We stayed in a studio on the first floor and it didn't feel crowded at all. There is a private bathroom ~ Next to it is a super spacious kitchen with all kinds of kitchenware and condiments. The refrigerator and washing machine capacity are also super large. It should be very comfortable for a family to rent an entire house for a long stay ~

The accommodation is quiet and peaceful. The house is large and spacious, but it’s quite far from tourist attractions. The entrance to the alley is a bit deep. If distance isn’t an issue, this is definitely a place worth staying. The owner responds quickly.

Very nice villa in local area, same as the picture you could see and even better. House is brand new, and easy to find on google map. The host gives very clear instruction for check in and response very quick. Will recommend to everyone travel with family and friends.

This small house had a cosy, warm, clean and mediative feeling. Perfect for two people to share. You are surrounded by greenery and natural materials. Somporn lives next door with her family, dog and cat who are very well behaved and do not bother you at all. You can wake up in the morning to watch the sunrise from bed, bird watch, reflect and relax. The lake view is also a very lovely feature. There wasn't much of a walk to do in the area, or anything else really if you don't have transport so it is a place that allows little activity. We would've enjoyed this house a lot more if the house wasn't on the main road. The road noise is intrusive and sometimes there were street vendors right outside the door making noise. Somporn was a very communicative, helpful and respectful host and was always available to help. I really recommend to order from the local farm shop advertised, receiving the produce really made our stay a lot more interesting and the produce was great.

A wonderful stay! The accommodation was clean, quiet, and perfect for families. The owner takes excellent care of the place, and everything looked just like the photos. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others. If we have the chance to return, we would gladly stay here again.

Lovely room and pool! staff were lovely and cafe was convenient by the pool. Unfortunately had very noisy people upstairs but otherwise was great. Grand Canyon Waterpark basically across the road and a 7/11 roughly 20/25 min walk but otherwise need taxis to get around.

Brilliant stay

This Airbnb was so beautiful and a great stay for our group of 8 people. Definitely 5/5 stars and just an aesthetic place. Just a few things to note if visiting: the frogs at night are very loud, especially more so in the rooms closest to the living room but ear plugs and playing rain noise on our phones helped a lot. There is a rooster next door as well, but we didn’t totally mind an early wake up. Lastly, the pool is absolutely incredible but when the ground around it gets wet, it is dangerously slippery - just something to note if elderly or children will be visiting. We were just extra careful. I still think this place deserves a 5/5 though bc they are all manageable things and out of their control. It was also exceptional because they allowed for a late check out due to half of our group getting food poisoning and we appreciated that more than anything.

Quite place with everything we needed. Nice with access to pool, welll equipped kitchen, free water, Netflix and free bikes for use. Very good attention by the owner as well.

We had a wonderful stay – the place was cosy, safe, and surrounded by beautiful nature. The 15m crystal-clear pool was a real highlight. Our spacious bedroom with en-suite, plus an extra bathroom and chill-out air conditioning, made everything super comfortable. Really happy with the experience and we’ll definitely see Carsten again!

Very peaceful villa and exactly how it is described.

Probably a special fate for us to stay at Moon and Hank's country cottage, which was the biggest highlight of this trip.Self hire car drives past, very good find with clear signage.After going in, it is like a cottage in Tao Yuan Ming Poetry, and I think the scene in Taohua is no more.Clean kitchen and bathroom with a cozy bedroom as well as beds. Moon prepares a super hearty Asian breakfast every morning and comes over from time to time to show us the spices from the yard, the seeded fruit as well as the super big snails in the pond.Moon and family also took us to a Bushkund event in the opposite temple, which was a special experience.For leaving, very reluctant, I hope to have the opportunity to stay here next time and experience the most relaxing and comfortable Chiang Mai life.May Moon and Hank be safe and happy and trust we will see you again. Included: Surrounding is the lively area of Hangdong, next door is Highway 108, there is big C Hangdong Market, shopping and dining places such as Ole.There is also live shrimp market not far, you can buy fresh Rochi shrimp as well as torn crabs, very fresh, meat quality (reference: a box of shrimp made + a box of crab totaling 490 baht).Black Forest, an internet-famous restaurant, is 6 km away Entertainment is located at night zoo, the royal park is very close, next to it as if there is an elephant camp.Go to Suthep, Chiangmai University side about 14km, half an hour by car Transportation is recommended, there are few cars around, it is good to drive, and the yard is easy to park, parking is also free in most places in Thailand, shopping mall and supermarket parking lot is convenient.If not driving, try calling grab

Location There are quite a few famous restaurants near the accommodation There are two famous nail shops, so it's convenient. There is a large cafe right next to the accommodation that stays open until late at night, and there is also a barbecue restaurant, so it is very convenient. You can go to Old Town, Ban Chang Wat for 60 baht by taxi. Facilities And the best thing is the 24-hour swimming pool. When everyone is asleep in the middle of the night, when there is no sun, if you swim at that time with only soft lighting, it's really emotional. You know that you can use it 24 hours a day, not that you're keeping it clean? It was very comfortable thanks to the large table and chairs in the accommodation There was a big refrigerator, so it was very comfortable. However, it is not a linoleum, but a tile, so it is good to prepare indoor shoes. And since the window is a wooden window, The atmosphere is good, but there are some mosquitoes. We have great Water festivals 2025 at Chiang Mai in this Home , We really like this home , Especially kitchen and Dining Room is great . Car Parking also good for us . The host provided all the necessary equipment, so everything was convenient.🙏🙏 We really recommend to stay this home . Hands down the most beautiful Airbnb I’ve stayed in to date! The design was truly one-of-a-kind, with thoughtful decor that gave the space a warm, homey vibe. Tucked away in a peaceful setting, it offered the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. Bonus: there’s a great little restaurant nearby with delicious food. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and recharge in style!

The host was very friendly and kind to us, the check-in environment was comfortable, there was a washing machine that could provide laundry for travelers staying for multiple days, it was a very good place to stay👍🏻

A beautiful place not too far from the city, lovely people and also lovely animals :) I just stayed two days but it was amazing! It's possible to order food and drinks with the app. if don't feel to walk or drive away.

The host and her aunt were very accommodating. Check in was a breeze and flexible, too. They let us stay at a separate unit temporarily because we got to their place really early. The place was nice and cozy. Perfect for groups at an affordable price. There’s also a nearby restaurant called Majia which had great food with an even greater ambiance. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much to the host and her aunt. They were both very very nice. 10/10 would recommend and I would def go back here if I ever find myself in Chiang Mai again. 🫶
