Clematis Cottage, Cosy Cotswold Cottage

HarryRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Faultless stay. Beautiful setting in the heart of the Cotswolds. Within 20 minutes of all the typical tourist attractions. The grounds themselves are beautifully done with great dedicated areas for dogs to roam in an enclosed field as well as smaller gardens attached to each cottage for them. The Padel courts were brilliant quality and the tennis courts were great also. Friendly staff on site and we hope to come back with a bigger group of friends in the future!

The Stables, next to the Cotswolds, near Evesham

DavidRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
We loved our home for the week. It proved to be an ideal base to see the Cotswolds. There were shops a couple of miles away and we weren’t far from supermarkets in Evesham. The kitchen was well fitted, we Wanted for nothing. We will definitely recommend this venue to anyone wanting to visit the Cotswolds.

Characterful upside down barn in the countryside

LynnRating, 5 stars6 days ago
Perfect private accommodation next to hosts own occupied farmhouse (with own private secluded garden) which we enjoyed immensely with late afternoon sunshine until dusk listening to newly arrived lambs and odd moo from livestock residing behind hedge.Everything you would like to enjoy on holiday was supplied. If anything is amiss Louise and Steve assured us they would supply. We were greeted with a ‘welcome tray’ laden with emergency essentials- fresh ground coffee, orange juice, biscuits, milk - a great touch, thank you.The upside down layout we found ideal as it was very hot weather. Upstairs comfortable in living accommodation with windows open and better downstairs later in evening on cool tiled floors and bedrooms which we enjoyed a very peaceful, restful nights sleep. The instructions folder we found very informative with everything supplied for your use to grocery stores/restaurants (with £ guide and * reviews) walks and ‘ must do’ attractions. We will be back next year😃

Elegant peaceful barn in a rural village setting

JonRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
This was the first time that we'd used AirBnB and it was a bit of a revelation; the only downside being that Emma has set such a very high bar that we wonder whether everyone else will only prove to be disappointing by comparison! The original structure of Emma's cosy, quirky barn may be over 250 years old but she has clearly put a lot of thought into its renovation and the modern facilities offered. Considering the barn's rural location, it was genuinely a very pleasant surprise that (for a change!) the barn's tech all worked seamlessly, whilst several little personal, luxury touches and a truly warm welcome meant that we instantly felt at ease and relaxed in great comfort. We were desperate for a cosy, easy paced break within easy reach of a good local pub (The Snitterfield Arms) and nearby farm shop. Emma's Barn provided all that and more. It was such a tonic ahead of a second family funeral in 5 weeks, we only wish we could have stayed longer. We very much hope to return!

Larch Barn

ClaireRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Wow!!! What to say about Larch Barn ❤️ Sarah is a wonderful host and replied to any questions we had quickly. The surroundings of the barn are beautiful!!! We needed a rest and reset from our busy lives and we certainly got that. Daily walks from the property are in abundance but equally if you want to kick back and do nothing the space is comfortable with everything you could possibly need. The only downside to our stay is that our little dog Margot was depressed at being back home for a good 48hrs and I can’t say I blame her!!! Thank you Sarah, we will be back.

The Carthorse Barn. 2 bedroom barn conversion.

JoannaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Carthorse Barn is just simply stunning ! So spacious and beautifully decorated, we felt right at home . The day we arrived weather was not the greatest so having a wood stove was blissful. The cottage is very spacious and has everything needed for a comfortable stay , kitchen is fully equipped, downstairs toilet a welcomed bonus. Upstairs both bedrooms are immaculate, spacious and have very comfy beds . I loved the window bench in the kids bedroom, such a wonderful nook to relax. The main bedroom has the biggest and comfiest bed I have ever seen , such a beautiful wooden headboard too. I loved the free standing bath. The farm is also lovely and we enjoyed going to see the pigs and walking round the lakes.

Have been staying here for 5 years…currently petitioning Mark to build a family house so I can bring the kids : ) I really believe this type of host and property will save Airbnb. Nobody i know really uses Airbnb anymore because it’s too expensive and poorly run around the world. Hotels provide so much more value than Airbnb…unless you compare them to Mark’s properties. This is how it should be done⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Lodge, a newly converted, stylish & cosy barn.

JonathanRating, 5 stars6 days ago
We had a very happy two night stay here. The Lodge was equipped to a high standard (in particular, super-comfortable beds with luxurious linen, great bathrooms and kitchen) along with a feeling of being in a delightful home. The garden was beautiful - a lovely spot for a G&T and extremely peaceful. We met Chris and his family briefly and they were very friendly and hospitable, on hand to help, but not at all intrusive. We would like to return another time for a longer visit.
