North Sea air and sauna! Our detached vacation home "Dat Melkhus" was built in 1870 and is located in a small settlement with a quiet neighborhood. Here, at the turn of the century, butter was made by hand for the surrounding communities. Today, the once small house has been expanded to 140 square meters of living space and has been lovingly renovated by us since 2022. Wohnhaus und Hofzufahrt sind weit genug entfernt, um hier ganz allein zu sein. Der wohnlich eingerichtete Wagen mit Holzofen, Küche, Essbereich und Bett bietet Platz für 2 Erwachsene und zusätzlich bis zu zwei Kinder. Lass die Ruhe des Waldes auf Dich wirken! Gerade im Winter sehr gemütlich.

Former farmhouse completely converted into two semi-detached houses with a spacious cottage garden in a quiet location in front of St. Peter-Ording on the north side of the Eiderstedt peninsula in the picturesque district of Wasserkoog in the municipality of Tetenbüll, only about 1.5 km from the North Sea bathing spot 'Everschopsiel' with a small harbor and restaurant. In about 15 minutes by car (20 km) you can reach St. Peter-Ording with its endless sandy beaches.

A newly covered, local thatched roof, the restoration of the old dormer and a careful approach to the expansion in order to preserve as much as possible - that was important to us and characterizes this unique building. Unfortunately, we are not suitable for party groups!

This beautiful vacation home for up to 6 people has 4 bedrooms, two double bedrooms and 2 single bedrooms. The house has a large garden with extensive garden furniture and double carport. On cooler days you can enjoy the closed fireplace in the living room. There is plenty of storage space for bicycles, surfboards, etc. The house has fiber optic Wi-Fi and SmartTV.
