The building is on the corner of the pedestrian island of Via Monferrato, full of shops, clubs and restaurants. Public parking is available for a fee in Piazza Gran Madre and nearby. The supermarket is a few meters from the house.

Free parking is available nearby, and a 5-minute walk away there is a paid indoor parking lot. The house is 300 meters from the hospital in Moncalieri. It is perfect for taking walks in the hills and discovering villages and wineries in the Langhe and Roero.
