From the yard you can get to the forest, where there are paths and in winter sled tracks. The house has a kitchen, wood-fired sauna, washing machine, dryer, TV, air heat pump, Wi-Fi and a view of the Simojoki river. Ready for bedding, towels, and detergents. Toys and games for the kids! The property has disposable dishes, a kettle, a microwave, a toaster and a mini fridge. Only ready meals can be enjoyed at the property. Airport 16 km, nearest shop 13 km, Rovaniemi city center 17 km. In winter you can walk on the ice of the lake. The neighbors' yards are private. There is also a lean-to/fireplace on the beach for guests. You can see the northern lights on the shore of the lake on the ice.

Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. Me and my husband have built for you a little log villa with love. We have rebuilt place with own hands with touch of local culture. Logs are from 50-century. In case you need a help, we would be helping you because we live very nearby. Help is always near. You will be our quests and we will be there for you.

Enjoy Lapland! We have only one igloo in our garden and it is one of a kind! You may also use the garden around for winter fun activities. We have sledges and shuffles for your use. There is no jacuzzi/hot tub or sauna available in this accommodation I am afraid.

This holiday home, built in 2013, is located only about a 30-minute drive from the center of Rovaniemi and Santa Claus Village. The cabin has two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a fireplace, and a wood-fired sauna where you can experience the Finnish sauna culture. There is also a private lean-to (laavu) on the premises.
