La casa è perfetta per ogni stagione, nei mesi estivi per la sua vicinanza al mare e per la sua vista meravigliosa, per nuotare e prendere il sole, in autunno e inverno, per le escursioni, l'arrampicata e le visite archeologiche. Buon cibo e ottimo vino rallegreranno la permanenza in qualsiasi stagione. L'aria condizionata è in ogni stanza da letto e il soggiorno ha una bella stufa a pellets. In terrazzo, grazie al Wi-Fi, si potrà navigare su internet, per svago o per lavoro, con vista mare.

Il villino Serena è situato a 350 metri dalla splendida spiaggia di Fogi Manna. E’ una casa indipendente, divisa in due piani: un piano terra con ampio soggiorno, cucina e bagno e uno interrato con tre camere da letto e un altro bagno. La casa è dotata di un impianto di aria condizionata in ogni camera. Ci sono due verande, una con un comodo tavolo per pranzare e l’altra con un salotto per godere della vista sul mare.
