Wow, wow, wow. What an incredible weekend away at the Artists Retreat. Such a gorgeous property well styled and with lots of lovely treats. Definitely our new little getaway from the hustle and bustle of Sydney living.Aline and Chris are just wonderful hosts. Thank you so much for a great stay.

We have stayed with Genie often while visiting family nearby. We enjoying catching the bus at the end of the street and making our way to the station to catch the train to the city. There are parks and walks nearby, and we regularly walk to a cafe in Asquith for coffee. Genie's place is roomy and private, with everything we need for our stay. We particularly appreciate the washing machine and drying space.

Super giving with their amenities. The kitchen is stocked with all sorts of things, and they provide ground coffee, with an excellent coffee machine too. There's a great selection of beverages - teas, coffees, milks, coconut water! Everything is above and beyond about the kitchen. The view is stunning, you can see Bungan waters from your room, and the sun shines really beautifully in the morning, right to the bed. Roy & Leslie also put instructions for just about everything, and they really do have everything. Spare blankets, beach towels, towels, a heater, two different fans, lamps abound. The walk is 10-15 minutes to Bungan & Newport beach. Both beautiful, with nice shops around. Roy & Leslie also provide good food recs for the area. Truly, a great place to stay and very private. They go above and beyond, and they also have a very cute cat who you'll be lucky to stumble across.

We had the most special weekend away. It’s the perfect location with a spectacular view! I especially loved seeing the sunrise and going for morning walks on the beach.

Tracy’s place was beautiful! Tracy was there on arrival to show us around and provide us with a rundown on the space. She kindly left out champagne and snacks. One of the most beautiful sunsets I’ve ever seen from the comfort of bed.

The views are wonderful; it's a great spot to unwind & stare out to the ocean while reading a book & sipping a glass of wine. Would be lovely in summer. It was really chilly for our visit but that didn't diminish our enjoyment & there are plenty of blankets, doonas & heaters to keep one snug. One also couldn't find a better view whilst cooking! Pam was a lovely, friendly host & there were some extra welcoming touches that were much appreciated. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay on the island! The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Our 4-years old really loved the trampoline and a hammock. One of the highlights was being able to use Tina and Greg’s canoe - we rook it out a couple of times and really enjoyed being on the water.

The location and house was perfect! Beautiful view !

Our stay in Maria’s studio was lovely. The place was super clean with convenient amenities. It had cute and cosy touches such as toys and books for our little toddler who stayed with us. To add, it was in a beautiful and quiet location just a short drive to Avoca beach and cafes. Maria was also responsive and friendly/easy to communicate with.

Tom and Laura are fantastic hosts whom take great care in offering this apartment. We felt very welcome. Quick responses in case we had a question. Easy checkin procedure due to clear instructions. The heated pool was all we needed after 4 weeks of cross country traveling. Would definitely recommend staying in this quiet and beautiful neighborhood which is only a 5 minute drive to the beach. Great restaurants and major mall and grocery stores all within 5 minutes driving. Good value for money. Thank you for letting us enjoy your fabulous place and pool.

Comfy and cozy, perfect for a short stay. Great location, very short walk to the beach, lovely walk along the beach too. Cynthia & Andrew great hosts, made it a very easy check in and check out. Very happy with the stay here, No complaints :)

Very spacious and comfortable unit under the family home, felt very safe and secure, very quiet. Kind and gracious hosts, thoughtful touches. Great yard for my dog, would definitely stay again.

Very friendly and helpful host, close to everything in a quiet street

Nerm's place is in a great location very close to Woy Woy waterfront, 5 min walk to shops and restaurants plus a short drive to the beaches and restaurants of Ettalong and Umina. The room has a comfy bed, walk in shower, minimal kitchen facilities for light meals suited me perfectly and a lovely verandah to watch the sunset. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay, felt like a home away from home all our worries disappeared it was so incredibly peaceful to wake up to, Diana and Jim were so incredibly nice and helpful, the power went out due to servere weather at 1am and they were very quick to come out in the pouring rain to get it back on straight away. Lastly the place whole place but mainly the kitchen, bathroom and laundry was so well equiped with absolutely anything we needed not once did we feel like we didn’t have anything and we were making big dinners and breakfasts every morning and night. It was so clean and well kept, 10/10 would come again next time I go to Sydney definitely

Highly recommend staying here. Beautiful house, comfortable beds, lovely breakfast, great water pressure in the shower, super helpful and responsive host. Excellent location, able to walk to station and access restaurants and activities.

Had a wonderful stay at Remo’s place in Avalon. The views were beautiful, the bed super comfortable, and the home had stylish, modern touches. It was peaceful with a lovely garden, and perfect for our dog. Just a short drive to shops and beaches. Remo was a great host and shared helpful local tips. Highly recommend!

This was such a wonderful and truly memorable weekend away. Ian is a brilliant host and was friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. He even provided us with champagne and a fresh jar of marmalade which was very sweet. The house feels spacious and includes all the amenities you could possibly need, every need has been thought of…we even used an umbrella provided when it stormed. The space is thoughtfully styled and every item feels unique, we had so much fun admiring this treasure trove! Thanks again for a lovely stay. Highly recommend.

Tim and family is very nice host, friendly and respectful during our stay. Very nice location walkable to Forester Beach. The Studio is seperate from the House, Absolutely private and peaceful. Absolutely recommend for someone who seeking stay with nature and beach activities.

extremely beautiful location and great location 👌 we ended up extending our stay fmto travel blue mountains instead of reserving place near by blue mountains! 1.5hr drive is worth the price to stay at this location extremely blissful and very generous and great host and great place😘😍

I had a wonderful stay at Sue's place. The cottage is exactly as it appears in the photos, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking at the beautiful garden.

We had a great weekend stay at Neale and Sue's. The place was clean and tidy and in a good location. Neale and Sue were very communicative and amazing hosts - our car got bogged due to extreme weather and they jumped in to help us without any hesitation. They are wonderful hosts with a cosy and great stay!
