If Chey’s spot is available, JUMP ON IT! It’s a relaxing & serene private space for a great price. Her home is easy, and a private to get in & out of easily. I also loved her dogs, and even got to meet Chey. She & her dogs are LOVELY! Would definitely stay here again.

The property is described as ‘charming’ and it certainly is that. Lovely place in a lovely location. Great place to stay.

We have stayed with Genie often while visiting family nearby. We enjoying catching the bus at the end of the street and making our way to the station to catch the train to the city. There are parks and walks nearby, and we regularly walk to a cafe in Asquith for coffee. Genie's place is roomy and private, with everything we need for our stay. We particularly appreciate the washing machine and drying space.

Super giving with their amenities. The kitchen is stocked with all sorts of things, and they provide ground coffee, with an excellent coffee machine too. There's a great selection of beverages - teas, coffees, milks, coconut water! Everything is above and beyond about the kitchen. The view is stunning, you can see Bungan waters from your room, and the sun shines really beautifully in the morning, right to the bed. Roy & Leslie also put instructions for just about everything, and they really do have everything. Spare blankets, beach towels, towels, a heater, two different fans, lamps abound. The walk is 10-15 minutes to Bungan & Newport beach. Both beautiful, with nice shops around. Roy & Leslie also provide good food recs for the area. Truly, a great place to stay and very private. They go above and beyond, and they also have a very cute cat who you'll be lucky to stumble across.

The views are wonderful; it's a great spot to unwind & stare out to the ocean while reading a book & sipping a glass of wine. Would be lovely in summer. It was really chilly for our visit but that didn't diminish our enjoyment & there are plenty of blankets, doonas & heaters to keep one snug. One also couldn't find a better view whilst cooking! Pam was a lovely, friendly host & there were some extra welcoming touches that were much appreciated. Would definitely stay again!

We chose this accommodation because it is not far from public transport to the CBD, Cherrybrook is a lovely little town and at the unit is in walking distance to a few places. We enjoyed a top quality fruit basket upon arrival and did not miss anything in the bathroom or kitchenette. Lovely light and airy space, fan and air con to the guests liking as well as TV and Wifi. We enjoyed our stay very much and would book again !

Avia was quick to respond with all communication and according to our overseas guest, the accommodation was fantastic, clean and a very central location. The perfect home away from home Lillian and Phil were always making sure we were okay and if we needed anything. We had a lot on being our daughters wedding so was amazing to come home to the peace and quiet. Would highly recommend this guest suite for couples perfect. Jeanette and Stephen

Nerm's place is in a great location very close to Woy Woy waterfront, 5 min walk to shops and restaurants plus a short drive to the beaches and restaurants of Ettalong and Umina. The room has a comfy bed, walk in shower, minimal kitchen facilities for light meals suited me perfectly and a lovely verandah to watch the sunset. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

extremely beautiful location and great location 👌 we ended up extending our stay fmto travel blue mountains instead of reserving place near by blue mountains! 1.5hr drive is worth the price to stay at this location extremely blissful and very generous and great host and great place😘😍

We had a lovely stay. The studio is very comfortable, clean, private and has everything you need. It was also reassuring to know our dog was safe in the yard so we could relax in the heavenly spa. Several unexpected extras gave our visit a special touch. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at Sue's place. The cottage is exactly as it appears in the photos, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking at the beautiful garden.

We had a great weekend stay at Neale and Sue's. The place was clean and tidy and in a good location. Neale and Sue were very communicative and amazing hosts - our car got bogged due to extreme weather and they jumped in to help us without any hesitation. They are wonderful hosts with a cosy and great stay!

The location was gorgeous! The home was quaint and equipped with everything you need. Jaqueline was proactive in communicating and was there to greet me when I arrived. We had great conversations and she had the BEST recommendations to check out in the area!! 10/10 for anyone traveling to Sydney.

From beginning to end this was an excellent AirBnb experience. After booking I emailed Jeff and Kate about cycling in the area and they responded instantly with a link to the information and we advised we would have bikes with us so they suggested what to do with them on arrival. We also advised we would arrive late so when we did the lights were on in our space with outside lights to guide our way. It had been a long day so when I opened a cupboard to find a well stocked pantry I couldn’t believe my eyes. A can of soup made our day but there was cereal, pasta, rice, tea, coffee (pods), oil and more soups. I have never come across this before and how amazing it was. The space is so comfortable, so quiet with the only night sounds coming from the ocean. Very close to the walks to the headland and beach and despite the rain we thoroughly enjoyed our stay with a forced downtime because of the weather after a busy six days cycling in the Lachlan Valley. Neil was an excellent host, very accommodating and accepted our very last minute booking. The pool table was great and well maintained, as was the hot tub. The stay was clean and very comfortable, everything you could need! Espresso machine, milk and some condiments in fridge, bottled water too. And reassurance in the welcome book about precautions taken to keep spiders at bay (i’m a recovering aracnaphobe). Bed was comfortable, shower was great and great water pressure. I think this place is an absolute steal of a deal! We only spent a short stay here on our way through from the Gold Coast to Victoria, but we will definitely be back! Thanks Neil!!
