Vacation rentals in Termini

Amalia was an amazing host and the pictures don't do this place justice. Also there's a tratorria literally across the street called Eughenes and it was the best food we've had in Italy and the prices are insanely inexpensive ($10 for entres). Can't recommend enough.

A dreamy view with a spacious terrace which was the highlight of our holiday. We always looked forward to going back to the terrace with the great jacuzzi as part of our trip. The bathroom and kitchen were clean despite being old.

The stay was very nice for us. Especially the kitchen equipment was outstanding. The view will be wonderful. You are a little further away, but you can get anywhere by car. Sorrento, Amalfi and Positano are easily accessible by car. If you want to go to Naples or Pompeii, you have to allow a little more time for the way. Unfortunately, you have to find a parking space on the street in front of the apartment, or just sit down and the turning options are sometimes very low in case of high parking volumes. Nevertheless, we found a parking space right outside the door every day. In addition, there is a small "restaurant" at the beginning of the street where the owner usually wants to chat with you when passing or driving and wants to convince you to eat or drink. Only you don't get a card and he probably makes the prices as he wants it. We paid €6 each for quite small Limoncello Spritz, so just keep going.

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment. The view from the roof terrace is stunning and Nerano is a beautiful village. Very peaceful in April so a welcome contrast from other Amalfi coast villages and towns. The walk down to the beautiful pebble beach takes about 15 minutes down but longer back due to the steep uphill climb. There are plenty of restaurants by the sea to suit all tastes and budgets as well as a nice gelateria and a couple of bars and shops. Helpful to have parking right outside, as a car is handy with the location being a bit remote. Apartment was well equipped although would benefit from a more comfortable sofa and beds (all a bit hard). The tub on the roof is a highlight that we loved using, although it isn’t really a hot tub but more of an outdoor spa bath that you fill up each time then keep topping up the hot water to keep it warm. Giovanni was super helpful and friendly and we very much enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this apartment.

After a busy week at other locations this was the perfect place to end our vacation. When we arrived I told my husband this was the Italy I had been dreaming of. A peaceful, beautiful, small villa. We spent time in the small village, enjoying wonderful food and lots of time just relaxing by the pool. We went in a boat tour to Amalfi and Positano which we enjoyed but I couldn’t wait to get back to our villa and just enjoy the beauty and peace. The only negative was the neighbor’s barking dogs at night.

This is an amazing spot. Lovely. Smells like florals. So incredibly nice. Our host was so kind. A wonderful breakfast and she even drove us to the bus stops etc. we loved staying here!! 10/10 would recommend.

Where do we start? Giovanna and her parents are wonderful people. They greeted us like their own. They are good people and treated us like family the entire time. Any questions you had about places to see, where to eat and the surrounding towns. The family always was willing to help. Anytime we sent Giovanna a message. She would reply immediately. She was very helpful with checking in as she even helped us with a late check out. Was a perfect location for us as Sorrento was only 20 minutes away. This particular apartment was very spacious, and modern. Staying here was an absolute dream—every detail exceeded our expectations. The space was spotless and incredibly comfortable. It felt more like a retreat than just a place to sleep. From the thoughtful touches of a bowl of delicious lemons to the breathtaking views, everything was perfect. Our host was communicative, kind, and made sure we felt at home the entire time. We left feeling refreshed, inspired, and dreaming of coming back.

Wow. Simply wow. The view of this place is fantastic. Very quiet, well located, clean and very comfortable. Luigi was a super host with recommendations and overall help. Having a car there is a life saver and gave us freedom. Therefore, the included parking spot was a big deal for us. The entire village area with the flowers, garden, and rustic architecture was a nice touch. Beds were excellent and the AC worked well for this time of the year. Extremely recommended.
