We had a great stay. We chose the location for the starry skies and proximity to Big Bend. The roof top deck was perfect for star gazing ! My son had a great time with the loft beds. The house was in great condition, we had a blast. Ashley was super clear with her directions, which is crucial due to the lack of overall cell reception in the area.

Our stay in Mariana’s RV in Terlingua was absolutely wonderful and made our trip to Big Bend National Park even more enjoyable. The RV was spotless upon arrival—so clean and well-kept that we immediately felt at ease. The southwestern decor added charm and a true sense of place, making it feel cozy and inviting. The beds were extremely comfortable, with fresh, clean sheets, and there were plenty of pillows and blankets to keep us comfortable no matter the weather. After long days of hiking and exploring Big Bend, it was great to return to such a comfortable and relaxing space. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed and quickly answering any questions we had. The location was perfect—just a short drive to restaurants, coffee shops, and all the historic sights in Terlingua. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base for our adventure. Highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting the area!

Absolutely fell in love with this gem of a place. Location, location so close to Big Bend National Park and across the street from multiple dining options including our absolute favorite, Venga! The house is done with beautiful wood craftsmanship and attention to detail. High end appliances, and toiletries made it feel so luxurious in the most beautiful natural setting. The view I cannot put in words of what a joy it was to experience every day. Coleman defines the art of hosting. He truly has created a beautiful oasis to experience such a beautiful area. Thank you Coleman. We will definitely be back!

Amazing! Amazing location and night views. Glamping at its finest! The dome is such a unique experience-sleeping underneath the stars! And so quiet and peaceful! Your worries are sure to fade staying here! Definitely planning on coming back!

This place was absolutely amazing! The views of the stars at night were stunning! My best friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here over the holiday weekend. Bryan is an excellent host, and his communication is top tier. I loved how he gave detailed directions on how to find the property because it got a little tricky once the GPS went out. I appreciate how it was recommended to have a 4WD..it made things so much easier and was a big help when we went to Big Bend. We would absolutely stay here again! If you want the full glamping experience I highly recommend staying here.

If you are looking for a place to stay, that is near big Bend, but has running water and air conditioning, this is the place for you! It was just isolated enough to where we got the full experience of being alone in the beautiful scenery and just proximal enough to restaurants and a convenience store with everything we needed. We woke up every morning before sunrise and saw the Milky Way and more stars and we had ever seen in our entire lives!! Close enough to big bend to drive in every morning and be the first ones to every trail. Amazing sunrise and sunsets from the little patio at the Airbnb! Colin was very responsive and provided ample recommendations. If you are visiting Big Bend, I cannot think of a more perfect place to stay.

Incredible stay! The perfect AirBnB for the location. It felt authentic with modern day amenities. The AC worked like a dream even in weather that got up to 112 degrees. We are from South Florida and know. The location was extremely close to the towns restaurants and Big Bend National Park. The home was the CLEANEST home I have ever seen. I’d love to have their cleaning crew clean my home. The outdoor bathtub and shower was so refreshing and peaceful. The stars were beautiful and so was the sunrise on the front deck. I was worried with the old style front door about critters, but not a single site of one and honestly you’re in the desert it’s a part of it. There aren’t many places to stay in the area so I feel like you can see most from the road and I knew after driving through town that this was 1000% the best Airbnb and I’m glad we chose it. Definitely a wonderful price point too. I would love to go back in the winter and stay with James. Thank you for the coozies and our stay!!!

The Bus Stop truly embodies the glamping lifestyle. Some things to take note of: mentioned in the listing, but I’ll say it again - this renovated military bus is situated between BBNP & BBRSP. It’s about mid-way between Terlingua & Lajitas. The silence is GLORIOUS & the surroundings are beautiful. The rock road to the unit is 2 to 3 miles off the main highway. We did not mind. We did not utilize the outside shower as some vegetation was taking over, but it would definitely have been private. We had a couple of issues that Thomas addressed immediately. Their response time was impressive. If you have sunshades for your vehicle, I’d recommend to bring them for the front windows of the bus. Someone would have to be close to see inside, but we found they helped with the late afternoon heating up the unit. Bring washcloths, paper towels, and body wash. Overall, we enjoyed the peace & would stay again.
