We spent a simply wonderful weekend in this impeccable house in Teresópolis, next to friends and family. The experience was perfect from start to finish! The house is extremely well cared for, comfortable, cozy and equipped with everything we needed. You can see the affection and attention to detail in every environment, including everything that existed for the children. We truly feel at home! Even without being present, the owners were extremely attentive and careful in ensuring that everything was perfect for us and it made all the difference! A special thanks to Rodrigo, who received us personally with such kindness, sympathy and availability — we felt welcomed from the first moment. We'd love to come back and experience new moments as special as this weekend. It was amazing.

The building is very safe and well located, it is on a quiet street. The host was very kind, responded quickly and gave great restaurant tips. All of this ensured a wonderful stay! The condominium is very quiet, with a heated pool and a gym in perfect condition! Good location, with a wonderful bakery and pizzeria very close to the condominium, and about a 5-minute drive from the Alto fair and more great restaurants. We like it very much and intend to return!

The apartment is exactly like in the ad! I think it's even more beautiful in person! Everything in the apartment is very clean, good towels, everything very tidy, nothing broken! A nice warm gas shower, which helps a lot in the cold region. It is close to a pharmacy, market, etc. It's a well-kept apartment! The only thing that could improve are the mattresses, which are extremely hard!

Excellent apartment (penthouse). Well located, in the best condominium in Itaipava, with all the leisure infrastructure and close to all the shops. The apartment is exactly as it is in the pictures. All rooms have TVs and great bed and bath linens. Fully equipped kitchen with top quality dishes. I highly recommend it!

Andrea's accommodation is beautiful, clean and organized! Beautiful decoration, you don't even want to leave! Everything is very comfortable and very clean! Very well equipped with coffee maker, stove, sandwich maker, microwave and even an airfryer ! She cares about the smallest details! I found a box with a needle and thread (which saved me) and a first aid kit with a blood pressure monitor! In one of the rooms, he took care to leave comic books and games like Uno and dominoes, in addition to leaving a blanket specifically for children. I found it to be rich in details.... In every accommodation there are information and instruction signs. The condominium is beautiful and has a wonderful structure. The doormen and staff in general are polite, receptive and helpful. Andrea gave us tips on how to enjoy the region, restaurants and tours within our family configuration. It's a spectacle in everything! We'll certainly be back!
