You have privacy in our space because there is only one cottage in the area where the house is located. We live just below, which does not affect the privacy of the guests. Towels and bed linens are available. Maximum number of guests: 3. We provide a single mattress for the third guest along with bed linens and a bath towel as well! In our kitchen, there are utensils, a sandwich maker, a blender, a four-burner stove with an oven, a minibar, a refrigerator that is outside next to the barbecue, and also a fondue pot. We also provide salt, sugar, coffee powder and detergent. We also have water for sale at our location. We don't have a filter. The TV has no open channels, only Netflix, Amazon, Globoplay, YouTube… We also have basket, towel and utensils to make pique-nique. Quiet neighborhood, few houses around, making the environment more private and quiet. The road to the location is a dirt road. Depending on the season, there are some potholes on the road due to rain. Any car can access the place. It is approximately 8 minutes on a dirt road. The place is integrated with nature. Frequent doubts: - We don't have air conditioning - We don't have a hairdryer - The chalet is not surrounded around it, only around the property who takes your Pet needs to keep an eye on it. - Any type of car arrives on-site. - It has restaurants, market and bakery nearby (approximately 10 min) - Uber arrives on-site, it is only not possible to stay out mainly for the night as Uber on-site is limited.

The region offers tours on rivers with waterfalls, hiking and climbing, which can be done even within the property. The site has two small lakes with carp and tilapia. There are also ducks and chickens, in addition to the typical birds of the Atlantic Forest and fruit trees.
