Beautiful, fully renovated house with 5 en-suites and a room in the basement with TV. New Egyptian cotton bed linens. Integrated living room with kitchen, with the option to close and isolate, TV room and living room with fireplace. Balcony with an amazing look, furnished and cozy. Portable barbecue, trampoline for children in the garden and space for hiking. Swimming pool with heated Jacuzzi. We have two employees charged separately. It is in the condominium with other houses, being super safe! Fiber internet.

Probably (for sure) the quietest place in Teresopolis (ok, from the state of Rio de Janeiro inteiro). Time stops, the breeze is always and constant. With an entire horizon as seen from any window. Close enough to civilization for those who miss the city. Far enough for anyone who wants to get away from the rush, the routine, and the chaos. Pool, barbecue area, wood oven, playground and lots of green. It's where peace of mind you choose to spend almost every weekend.
