Franklin Retreat

Ali AnnRating, 5 stars6 days ago
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!! It was perfect for our stay after attending a local wedding! Check-in was super easy, and the place itself was perfect! Plenty of parking if needed! Very roomy for two couples, with a fully furnished downstairs and upstairs loft. Everything was super clean and welcoming! The hosts were thoughtful enough to leave new bathroom products if needed and a fridge stocked with water bottles! Only thing I will note is that when we put the airbnb address in our GPS, it initially took us to a residence down the road from the airbnb; this was an easy fix though and nothing that takes away from this airbnb! We would definitely stay here again!

Black Eagle Retreat

ConnieRating, 5 stars2 days ago
My husband and I had the pleasure and privilege of spending five wonderful nights at Jeff and Emily's home. The design of their home reflects a mid-century style and is quite impressive. As soon as we arrived, we felt at home. The house is fully equipped, and the primary bedroom and bath were very comfortable. Even though the weather was mostly rainy during our stay, we found joy in relaxing on the deck while observing numerous eagles as they traveled to and from their nests. The sunsets and scenery are truly stunning. We enjoyed the amenities at Paris Landing State Park (restaurant, golf course) and rented a pontoon and jet skis locally. Observing their home from the lake provides a full perspective of the artistry and foresight involved in creating this magnificent retreat. We are already planning a return visit!

My husband and I just needed to get away from it all… as caregivers sometimes we just need time to ourselves. This place was the perfect unplug for us!

Great stay for a girls weekend ! Quiet, clean, off the grid, well equipped home. Easy drive to Franklin or leipers fork for restaurants. We didn’t get to enjoy the fire pit due to storms but the screened in patio was just as nice

Country Music Cottage : farm with highland cows

HannahRating, 5 starstoday
This quiet farm stay was absolutely perfect for a Nashville getaway. We were close enough to everything we wanted and far enough away from the craziness of Nashville. Brittney was SO sweet and helpful with local recommendations of anything we needed or wanted. Meeting the farm animals was the best of our stay. We cannot wait to come back one day!! Thank you for having us!

5 min. Walk to old town Dickson

AlieRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had a wonderful stay at Jeff’s place! The house was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. We really appreciated the accessibility features—there are no steps at the front entrance and the walk-in shower was perfect for my grandmother. The location is fantastic, just a very short walk to downtown Main Street in Dickson. Jeff was a great host, and we truly enjoyed our time here. We’d love to stay here again the next time we’re in Dickson. Highly recommend!

Foreverwater Cottage

RachelRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Foreverwater Cottage is a little piece of heaven in Tennessee. If you have chance to stay here, you should. We were in the area for an extended weekend for a wedding and a little bit of downtime with our kids--it was perfect. Peaceful is the best word I can think of to describe the property. The sound of the creek and birds matched with the beautiful scenery around you is well worth the travel to get there. The cottage itself is super cozy, very clean, and really cute. It is very thoughtfully well stocked with anything you might need. The beds are very comfortable and the views from the floor to ceiling windows are amazing. The fire pit outside was an added bonus that we really enjoyed and had everything you needed. Nathan is an incredibly responsive host and gave us excellent local recommendations. His directions to the property were very clear and we had no trouble finding it, even arriving in the dark. We have already discussed returning for another stay!
