Lovely 2 rooms apartment in ancient stone house, deep in the hills, only 10 minutes from the town of Sarzana and 20 minutes away from the beaches. The apartment has a private access and it's formed by a bedroom with a double bed on the lofted floor, a small but complete bathroom with shower and a living room with a sofa and a kitchenette on the ground floor. There is also an outside area where you can relax under the shade of a nice olive tree, enjoy breakfast outside or cook your own bbq.

La casa era una vecchia stalla ora restaurata con 2 appartamenti ,un agri-ristorante al piano inferiore non di nostra gestione, immersa nel verde della Lunigiana con ampio giardino di fronte a vostra disposizione è composta da 1 camera da letto matrimoniale ,un bagno con doccia ,una sala con tv , una cucina attrezzata ,un barbeque nella zona recintata privata davanti alla porta di casa e parcheggio. La piscina e il giardino esterno sono in condivisione con l 'appartamento adiacente.
