We are a Berlin-based family and have been successfully renting out part of our apartment for nine years. With 38 m², our space comfortably accommodates three adults or a family. The apartment includes bedroom, a cozy kitchen-living room with a sofa bed, and a bathroom. Each room has its own door, ensuring maximum privacy and comfort. Whether you're planning a short visit or a longer stay in Berlin, our accommodation provides the perfect retreat from the vibrant and diverse bustle of the city.

Maybach Apartment - Location. Design. Comfort

Located on the canal with direct view to the water. The bedroom/workspace are located at the back and are very quiet. Kreuzberg is one of the city's most lively areas. A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

The flat is situated in a beautiful planted courtyard of a typical Berlin building in the booming, green part of Kreuzberg.

Bright old apartment for two in a central location with garden in a stylish brick house. Due to the proximity to the Berlin Südkreuz train station, you have a perfect connection as well as quick access to a supermarket, drugstore and pharmacy, etc. also on Sundays and public holidays. Unfortunately, we do not have a guest parking space. Parking in the area must be paid at parking ticket machines. We therefore recommend traveling without a car.
