Place is as advertised. It's on the third (fourth for Americans) floor - so you need to be ok with doing some stairs. There's a view over the city from the balcony - you can see the Alex. Quiet, functional, and cozy. Short walk to the U-bahn stop at Steglitz Rathaus and close to the botanical garden. Good value. I would use the space again.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! Everything was perfect — the place was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. Alessandro's place is ideal to discover Berlin. At just 1 minute from Bodinstrasse subway station, we were able to navigate all over Berlin really easily. It is also at walking distance from Tempelhof which is an amazing Berlin place to see : a former airport that has been decommissioned and is now a huuuuuuuge public park! The flat itself is vey cosy, bright, quiet, really well equipped. Wunderbar! :-) In a word: the place to stay for a great Berliner week!

We were in Berlin for a concert at the Uber Arena and Julian's place was perfectly located for it, in just a 20-minute walk we were at the hall which was really great. The apartment is ideal for four people, the rooms are well laid out and we felt very comfortable! We would come back and highly recommend it :)

We had a wonderful time in Capucines apartment. The apartment is placed in a vibrant neighbourhood, with easy access to the u-bahn. We would recommend staying here a lot to others☺️ Capucine was a great host and gave us lots of local recommendations.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay near the U5. Several grocery stores and restaurants are within walking distance. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. It had everything we needed. Thank you for a great 9-night stay in Berlin!!!

As someone who has stayed at dozens of Airbnb’s, I can say that this was definitely in the top 1%. My husband and I stayed here for a month in May, and it was wonderful to “come home” every day to such a comfortable, pleasant and expansive space. In addition to the elegant and creative design, we loved the light and views over the rooftops. I slept like a baby on the super comfy bed, lounged on the comfy sofa, and worked comfortably at the large dining room table. Two large bathrooms were a luxury. A huge walk-in closet. Delightful rooftop patio. Well-equipped kitchen. The apartment is on a quiet and bright street, close to multiple forms of transportation, cafes, restaurants, and shopping (giant supermarket across the street). Easy to get anywhere. Our host, Eric, was extremely helpful, a font of information, and a delightful and charming human being. He was very responsive both before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again, not to speak of moving in forever!

Sure! Here’s a review in English: Our stay at the apartment was absolutely wonderful! The place is spacious, bright, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location is excellent — there’s a supermarket just around the corner and a metro station right across the street. Couldn’t ask for more!

Beautiful weekend spent with the family in Berlin: the apartment is fantastically located and offers enough space for play and fun with 4 teenagers (billiard room!). There are so many restaurants and cafes around that we hardly cooked ourselves. A clear recommendation and happy to come back!

We had a wonderful 3 nights in Fadeih’s beautiful and welcoming space - stylish and functional interior, easy ground floor access with toddler and stroller, great neighborhood. All in all the perfect place for a Berlin getaway. We would love to book this place again!

This is a wonderful place to stay as a base for exploring all of the exciting things Berlin has to offer. The apartment was perfect for us, clean and with everything we needed. We loved the artwork on the walls and the balcony was perfect for our morning coffee. We also loved the extra little touches such as the extensive library and umbrellas on hand if it was raining. All in all we can recommend and hope to return in the future.

My stay at May's place was great. May was very accommodating when i experienced some check-in issues, and those issues were resolved quickly. The apartment was beautiful and I felt right at home. The location is great: so many restaurants and kebab stores nearby, but since the apartment is located in a courtyard, it was really quiet. Would definitely stay there again.

A great appartment in a quiet neighbourhood. A five minute walk brings you to the M4 tram which brings you in about half an hour to Alexanderplatz. For us it was a great place to unwind after visiting the city. The place was very clean and full of charm, and Anke is a great host. In short: great choice to stay for Berlin. We wouldn't hesitate to book it again.

I stayed with Katrin and Roxanne for two weeks. Apartment and rooms are very nice, the hosts friendly and open-minded. Very good communication and information, time for conversations but also opportunities to retreat. The highlight is the balcony in the room.
