nona was amazing, nice polite and friendly, always available all the time answering any question about the place but also about our vacation , giving good advices and being really helpful. the place was really nice, quite and more spacious than what I thought. I comfortably staiyed with my wife and my 2 kids. few minutes from Brighton centre, even if the weather was not great we really enjoyed stay at mona s place and if I got the occasion I will definitely book it again in summer

Steve was a very congenial host, extremely helpful, very pleasant, understanding and when he found out I was a keen tennis player he even offered to introduce me to his local social tennis club! The property backs onto Chatsworth Park which has a whole range of facilities including two children’s parks, open spaces, nature trail and a memorial garden - walking to the park entrance at the top of the road and then walking the inside perimeter is exactly 1 mile. It’s also a lovely stretch walking up through the park to a local Tesco Express! We have really enjoyed our stay of two weeks - felt like a home, very comfortable. Also a very convenient location with a number of beauty spots within a short drive. Parking outside on the road is easy, plenty of spaces except at morning school drop off and 3pm school pick up as the property faces a Junior school - but the congestion only lasts about 10 mins., so it’s easy to avoid once you’re aware of the times! I would certainly stay here again!

Thank you! Ideal location, picking my daughter up from uni , not too far to travel to Falmer. Very clean and everything needed, including a nice bottle of milk in the fridge for arrival. I arrived fairly late so nice to have very clear instructions on access. :):)

Had a lovely two night stay. Was welcomed by Liza’s gorgeous Labrador which made my day! Great communication, place was spotless and perfect for our stay so we could take a trip into Brighton as well as local walking routes. Would happily return! Partner definitely would just for more of Liza’s lovely cake!
