Our guest house is located just four miles from historic downtown, with its many unique shops and restaurants. Our property is strictly no smoking. No pets allowed.

Step right outside for world-famous trout fishing. This well-appointed cabin sleeps 6 (2 full baths). Only 7 miles from Bald River Falls, this cabin (located in the Green Cove area) is 2 miles from the Tellico Trout Hatchery and the Benton MacKaye Hiking Trail. An off-the-grid vacation paradise!

Tucked away in a wooded cove, this private studio Cabin has all the decor you would expect from us. It is near the other studios, so bring a group! Hot tub and beautiful stone electric fireplace, 65" Smart TV with Fast Wi-Fi, full kitchen, washer and dryer, foldout queen sofa, bathroom, and lovely appointments on the porch. Slip under the covers of the huge King size bed and sleep in as long as you want. Even if you are not a fisherman, you will love this for a getaway. Pets are welcome.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis minutes away from Downtown Athens and Tennessee Wesleyan University. Attractions in Knoxville, Chattanooga and the Hiwassee and Ocoee Rivers are less than an hour away. Only a little further to Dollywood and Gatlinburg for any tourist activity you can imagine. The cottage offers a kitchen, queen size bed, TV, DVD player, and washer/ dryer. *Currently working on getting wifi in the cabin and there are not any actual peacocks on the farm.
