Here you can really enjoy nice days off with activities, nature, and coziness by the fireplace. Lower your heart rate at the top of Stolpehytta! Stolpehytta is located 5 minutes away from Blaafarveværket in Modum municipality, right next to the climbing park Høyt & Lavt Modum. Here you can find tranquility among the treetops. The large windows provide a panoramic view over the landscape and the night sky. Built in solid wood, with an area of 27 m2, it gives just enough space for what you need for a relaxing trip away from everyday life. If you want activity, you can rent e-bikes, stroll down to the climbing park or explore the local area.

Near the cabin there is a gapahuk, a fishing place that is suitable for everyone. The cabin is close to Tuddal Høyfjell Hotel which is known for its good food and microbrewery with sales of local beer and home baked bread products. Particularly unique is perhaps Gaustatoppen, which is a nice hike up either on foot or by taking the Gaustabanen that goes to the mountain top.

The lodge is located at Tjønndalen Fjellgard in a scenic mountain area about 900 meters above the see level. There are great hiking trails right outside the cabin, summer and winter. We also operates Haukeli Husky who offers dogsledding summer and winter. You are of course welcome to visit our kennel and our 55 friends when you are our guest.
