Skileiken 4 is a family-friendly and modern ski in/out cabin in the middle of Holtardalen. The cabin is located high up in the hill in the very beautiful ski resort in Rauland and you thus have the opportunity for both cross-country skiing, alpine skiing and top tours right out from the cabin wall. There are 3 ski resorts with a total of 41 slopes and 150 km of cross-country ski trails. The cabin has parking just outside the cabin wall, with access to an electric car charger. In summer and autumn, the area is perfect for hiking with great hiking terrain, cycling and fishing.

The location is an excellent starting point for nature and cultural experiences in the traditional mountain village. From the living room and the veranda, there are beautiful views of Longvikvatn and the stunning Fossanfjell mountains.

Norefjell Ski and Spa is a short drive away where you will find spa, climbing wall, ++ and good restaurants. The cabin is located 15 min from Noresund city center. We rent out the cabin belonging to our home for weekends, weeks, or longer periods. This is a 50 km cabin with a separate kitchen, living room and dining room in one. Two separate bedrooms with bunk beds for 4, and a crawl loft for "little people". Bathroom with toilet and shower with entrance from terrace. Tableware for 8, sofa corner, TV, dining room, outdoor terrace, and large grass plot around. Refrigerator with small freezer, oven, kettle, coffee maker. Washing machine in bathroom Smoking is not allowed.

It is a 5 min walk to the closest grocery shop, restaurant and the beach. A ferry that takes you on Island roundtrips i just below the house. A centre with 80 shops and a gym, busstop close.
