The stay was perfect! The apartment has everything you need, and more Excellent host! Far from the beach, but 1 block from a bus stop with several destinations. 2 supermarkets across the street. Easy to park in a small street in front of the apartment. Everything was beautiful, it was worth staying there! Thanks Alejandro ! See you next time

Bruno and Fransisco's apartment was in a great location and they were lovely with lots of little touches: wine on arrival, fruit from the garden, local cakes. A big thank you to them... Guillermo is really friendly and welcoming. He was there to meet and greet me, show me around, as well as hand me the keys. He offers some great tips and recommendations he is very responsive and helpful. The apartment is a great little place with everything you need. It was clean, tidy and had a modern feel, with thoughtful touches and decor that made it feel homely. The location is ideal – just a minute’s walk to the beach and close to the boardwalk, which is lined with cafes, bars and restaurants. It’s also only about 10 minutes walk to Catalina Park, where you can catch the Hop On Hop Off buses or the main bus routes to explore the island for just a few euros, as well as the Fred Olsen ferry coaches. It’s a lively area with plenty to see and do. However, when inside the property it's very quiet. Guillermo was also kind enough to allow a later check-out as I had a ferry to catch, which was really appreciated. I had a great stay and would happily recommend it

We had a very nice stay at David's house. The house is quite rustic, with a beautiful garden within the mountaneous area of Gran Canaria.

Great villa, super equipped, really nothing was missing and also the communication was great, I can only recommend it!

We had a very pleasant stay with Flo & Manuela. The check-in and check-out times were flexible, which was a great advantage. The accommodation was very clean, and it was even cleaned halfway through our holiday. Flo was always available and very friendly. In short: we had a wonderful holiday with Flo & Manuela (and would surely recommend!)

We felt very comfortable here. Everything was super clean and very cozy. The place looks even more beautiful in real life than the pictures show. The apartment is quietly located but you still have several restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance, therefore perfect for us.

Fantastic, stylish house which is very open air, great for the warm weather. pool was large enough for a few people to cool down. lots of areas for entertaining and lounging outside with great views of the town and sea. local cafes and restaurants all just a minute walk away. Tip. we parked outside the steps to unload bags then drove to the carpark. (3 mins walk)

We had a very nice stay at Cordelia's, with many hikes in the spectacular scenery of this region! Cornelia is a very gracious hostess, takes great care of her guests and is always responsive. The property is as described and has everything you can expect. The luxury of freshly picked orange and lemons is great. The crows of roosters and peacocks in the area should not make you feel disturbed. The views across the valley are beautiful! The steep access is a bit challenging for anxious drivers, but those who drive the roads in Gran Canaria must be brave anyway! Thank you for this time in your beautiful finca!

We had a wonderful holiday on the property. The apartment is nicely furnished and you really have everything you need. The complex and the view were beautiful and mostly really very quiet. It all matched the images. Communication was super uncomplicated and very nice and helpful. We always found a good parking space.

Everything has been spotless. Communication with Alicia, the stay. Everything has been as expected. A modern apartment, with everything you need to be comfortable. The area is very quiet, you can easily find a place to park the car nearby. The community's facilities are impeccable, with direct access to the beach. Nothing to complain about. We'll be back for sure!

The apartment and the entire complex are very nice and well maintained. We felt completely comfortable right after arrival. The location was quiet and yet you can reach the bus stop or taxi in a few minutes. There is a large pool as well as direct beach access. Upon our arrival, chilled drinks and snacks were ready for us. The communication in advance and also during the stay was straightforward and Monica responded quickly to my messages. We can only recommend the place and would come back anytime.

A gorgeous flat on the beach, with everything you need including a wide view ope. of the sun rise over the sea, and a homely feel. Highly recommend tho do note second bedroom is bunk beds....all beds were extremely comfy in all rooms. If you like a relatively quiet, authentic Canarian area. This is perfect x

We totally enjoyed our stay and would go back there in a flash. Julia was the epitome of a host. Beautiful house, beautiful location overlooking the water, great access to different places, great local resources , great walking . This is where to stay if you want a peaceful and relaxing vacation yet also want to see places. You can stay back in the house or go to anywhere that is busy within a 20 minutes ride. Great access to transportation resources. Julia will really make you feel at home. She has everything you can think of that you need during a holiday. She thinks of everything.
