First mentioned in 1311, it is one of the oldest properties in the village The guest suite (Müllerstube) is a self-contained apartment on the first floor of the house and can be locked separately. You will find a kitchen with cooking and dining facilities, a dressing room, a bathroom with shower and a spacious bedroom with a double bed and two single beds.

Welcome to our apartment "Sicasa" in Schulenberg in the wonderful Harz Mountains. We renovated the apartment in 2024 after more than a year with a lot of love for detail. Welcome to our lovingly furnished apartment in a rural area. Come to relax in the countryside in the beautiful town of Arenshausen. The edge of the forest is only about 100 meters away and invites you to take long walks. You will move into a granny apartment with bathroom and kitchenette in my house in a quiet location on the outer city wall. A fully automatic coffee machine, a microwave, a Dominokochfeld and a fridge with freezer compartment are part of the kitchen equipment as well as dishes for up to 6 people. The cozy and modern apartment is on the first floor and has its own garden access.

Our guest room is located directly in our house on the first floor. The spa gardens, bakery, pharmacy and supermarket are within walking distance. On request, a parking space can be used for a daily fee. In our apartment, both workers and vacationers are welcome. The apartment consists of a room with kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
