You will love our place because of the tranquility, the magnificent surroundings, the Wallersee, the Seeburg, the many hiking and biking trails and the modern ambiance. You'll feel that when building, you'll be very attentive to healthy building materials. A good feeling is important. Our place is great for (love)couples, singles and business travelers.

In one of the oldest areas, our 400 yr old house is located in a very quiet spot but central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery is closeby. The apt has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, with a small bathroom (shower). The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (7€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

This semi-detached house is brand new and offers plenty of space as well as a wonderful view on the mountains. It is a new construction with upscale amenities. For example, the kitchen is equipped with a granite countertop, appliances from Miele and a Nespresso coffee machine. There are three bedrooms with double beds, a very large living area with eat-in kitchen and terrace, a gallery, a large bathroom with bathtub, double sink and walk-in shower. In addition, there is a separate guest toilet.

The apartment is located in the beautiful idyllic Rupertiwinkel. Our great garden at the edge of the forest, with birdsong and the sheep on the pasture next door, overlooking the mountains is pure relaxation. The best way to get to us is by car. The apartment is located in the basement. Cleaning agents and disinfectants are there. A bike path leads around Lake Waginger and Lake Taching, the warmest lake in Bavaria. The heath hike with the moor lake is only a kilometer away.

Here is a huge trailer with everything you need, even a separate shower and oven. Perfect for both short and long stays. On top there is a great view over wide fields and the beautiful Alpine panorama. Pets and of course children are welcome here. Children up to the age of 6 stay with us free of charge. If necessary, I will also gladly install fall protection for the little ones.

Our former farmhouse is located in a quiet and sunny spot in Hausmoning near Teisendorf (572 m), offering magnificent mountain views. Perfect for relaxation surrounded by nature. Ideal starting point for excursions to the Salzburger Land and Berchtesgadener Land regions. Hiking, biking, or culture in Salzburg – everything is nearby. Cozy inns and local cuisine complete your stay.

Vacation "house" Mausnest - Relaxing in a different way -

Our vacation "house" Mausnest (20 sqm) is a converted circus wagon with all the trimmings. Suitable for 2 adults and a maximum of 2 children. It is located on our farm with suckler cow husbandry. Thanks to our unobstructed location, you have a clear view of the Teisenberg, the Untersberg, Salzburg and much more. Dogs are not allowed in our circus wagon.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in a rural atmosphere near Salzburg. The other tourist highlights such as Berchtesgaden, Bad Reichenhall, Hallstatt, Salzkammergut and Lake Chiemsee can also be reached quickly by car. Unfortunately, the connection to public transport is poor. Hikes and bike tours can be taken directly from the apartment.
