Bright holiday home in historic Mathildedal

Anttipoffi was completed in 1852 as a residential house for the employees of the ironworks. Its location in the middle of the Ruukkikylä, close to the guest marina, beach, village boutiques and restaurants, as well as Lake Matilda and Teijo's nature trails, is the best for a relaxing holiday or an active sports holiday. Mathildedal is a year-round destination, thanks to the entrepreneurs who live here. The village is busiest in summer and many consider it to be at its most authentic outside of that time. It's always unique, that's why I bought my vacation home here.

Villa Nunnu is a restored 60s cottage on the shores of the pristine Lammijärvi in Kisko. The interior has been completely renovated and the house has a unified living room-kitchen and two bedrooms. The cottage has a large landscape window overlooking the lake, as well as an atmospheric fireplace. In addition to the main cottage, there is a separate sauna building and a traditional wood sauna in the courtyard. The cottage is surrounded by a terrace and crowned by a magnificent large jetty where you can spend a relaxing summer day or dine as the evening fades.

Villa Albatross is located in a marine environment in a manor house setting in the Nordcenter golf center. The house is located on the golf course and offers a magnificent view of the golf course and the sea. The golf center's services and restaurant are right next door. The Fiskars and Billnäs ironworks villages are also nearby. The villa is suitable for a family or small group. The house has three spacious bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate six people. The newly completed courtyard house also has comfortable beds for two.

In addition, guests have access to a guest house with two separate small rooms and sleeping accommodations for up to three. At best, the cottage's facilities are used by 2-4 people during the winter months, but during the summer, even a larger group can fit. Here you can relax and enjoy your own peace.

A quiet breakfast on a sunny terrace and silence? However, all the services of the national park, kayak, paddle board and mountain bike rentals, Teijo and Mathildedal village restaurants, cafes, pottery, manor, village shop, craft shops, bakery, village brewery, tennis courts, mini golf and Meri-Teijo Golf can be found within a 5-15 min. drive.

Mathildedalin ruukkikylän keskustassa, erinomaisessa kunnossa oleva yksiö 1852 valmistuneessa Anttipoffin talossa. Teijon kansallispuisto reitistöineen sijaitsee ympäristössä. Rantaan ja rannan palveluihin on matkaa 300 m. Keskuspuiston Adventure Golf , padel- ja tenniskentät ovat 500 m päässä, samoin PetriS Chokolate suklaakahvila ja puoti. Meri-Teijon Golf kentälle on matkaa 3 km. Ravintola Terho, kyläpanimo ja Matildan kartano ovat asunnon vieressä. Ilmainen parkkipaikka omalla pihalla.

The cottage is located near Billnäs Ruukki, and Fiskars Ruukkikylä with its restaurants and boutiques is also within cycling distance. The wood-fired traditional sauna, which is freely available to tenants, offers deep and humid saunas.

In Teijo you can find e.g. a small grocery store, two cafes, a restaurant, an art gallery, small shops and Finland's smallest stone church. Kirjakkala and Mathildedal are a short bike or car ride away. Third floor, no elevator. Free parking. Pets are warmly welcomed.
