Totally independent apartment located on the ground floor of the house. On the upper floor live the owners but each enjoys its own entrance. Guests have private access and a private terrace. The accommodation is equipped with a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The only common areas are the swimming pool, barbecue and the garden. However, the owners, very discreet, leave the access to the swimming pool in priority to the hosts. A fully equipped accommodation, ideal for family holidays in a quiet environment between sea and mountains, very close to Barcelona.The property has a large, beautifully planted garden with swimming pool equipped with sun loungers and parasol. You will have a private terrace full of beautiful bougainvilleas to enjoy moments of relaxation, dine and chat quietly over a drink. Access to the pool is direct from your terrace and can be closed by a gate for the safety of young children. Similarly, the stairway to the terrace can be closed by a grid. The living room is spacious and bright and is equipped with a large ceiling fan. The large master bedroom has a bathroom en suite with hydromassage shower, large closets, wardrobes and storage.The decoration is neat with especially beautiful paintings. The kitchen is fully equipped, as at home, to cook good meals in comfort. The house is located in Montcabrer district, the most popular of Cabrils for its flower-filled houses, its pine-lined streets, and close to all amenities. Everything is at your fingertips here including the traditional bakery Elias offering the best bread in the area and the tapas bar Espinaler very popular with locals where you can take "vermut", a typical aperitif of Barcelona accompanied by some tapas. You will be able to park your car easily in street, right in front of the house, in complete safety. The beaches of Cabrera and Vilassar are less than 5 minutes by car or bus whose stop is 400 m from the house. Barcelona and Sagrada Familia are only 30 minutes away by car. You can also get to Barcelona very easily by train from Vilassar; A bus will take you to Renfe Station from the stop near the accommodation. Beautiful walks in the mountains of Cabrils will make you discover a panoramic view of the Maresme and Barcelona. A short hike from the house to Burriac Castle on the heights of Cabrils / Cabrera will offer you a breathtaking view of the hinterland and Mataro. You will be able to appreciate the numerous excellent restaurants around; Cabrils is also called "the little gastronomic oasis of the Maresme".And of course, you will enjoy the famous "chiringuitos", restaurants on the beach with a holiday atmosphere par excellence. MAGIC PLACE IN BARCELONA WITH POOL at 25 minutes from downtown, by public funicular and underground or 4 km by car. Large and cosy 75 m2 apartment with spectacular pool overlooking Barcelona and the Mediterranean sea. The apartment belongs to a beautiful 1912 building in a charming neighborhood of Barcelona. We are extremely well communicated by public transportation. The apartment is at a 10 meter distance from the funicular station and it takes 25 minutes to reach the heart of Barcelona i.e. the Plaza de Cataluña.. Frequency: every 6 minutes during labour days. 10 minutes on Sundays. A Taxi drive home at night depending on where you are, should not exceed 20 €. The apartment has one large bedroom with two queen size beds (120x190 cm). and a double sofa bed in the living area . 40 m2 living area, couch, sat flat TV, bathroom with very large shower, fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, electric oven, washing/drying machine, dishwasher, microwave, iron board, etc. Free WIFI. You can control your central heating. We do not need A/C even in the hottest summer, but we have it. We are at 360 m. high. Everything is comfortable, cosy and elegant. There is a confortable sofa bed in the living area, which is transformed in a 140x200 cm. double bed with sheets From the living room area you access a 50m2 terrace with an incredible infinity pool overlooking Barcelona, the Mediterranean Sea, and a dense pinewood forest. The views are truly priceless. The pool area is private for the registered guests. Also, a private lift wich goes straight into your apartment is at your disposal. Bed linen, swimming pool towels and cleaning essentials are also supplied. We always parked in the adjacent streets without any problems. Supermarket and local restaurants are at 200 m distance. You can also go for beautiful walks in the surrounding natural park or discovering the charming modernist neighbourhood of Vallvidrera. All in all, this is the perfect apartment for couples looking to escape the vibrant city life but knowing that they can be there in a blink of an eye. Ideal also for families with up to 2 kids.
