The Orchard House

Enjoy staying in a family owned working walnut orchard. The house is located in the middle of 16 acres of walnuts and it backs up to a Miniature Donkey Ranch. There are approximately 1200 trees and amongst them you will find peace and tranquility along with Uncle Jacks Walnut Camp, which is a a family camp ground only. There you will find picnic tables, and horse shoe pits. There is also an outdoor cat name Kittley who lives on the property, but stays outside, so please don't let her in.

Also only about an hour drive to beautiful Lake Almanor and the amazing gem of Lassen National Park.

Relax in our comfortable living room next to a crackling wood stove. Cook your fave meals in a fully stocked kitchen. Practice Yoga in our loft studio. Curl up on our deck chairs amongst tall trees to catch up on your reading. In winter, the cross country ski trails are just 5 minutes away. **Please note the steps down to the cabin in notes below**

Our cabin has beautiful hardwood floors, new appliances, tempurpedic mattresses and a cozy large living and dining space off of the kitchen with a covered deck in the backyard with a peaceful view in to the forest and meadow. Can be rented along with Cabin 1928 next door if you have a larger family. Very convenient for hiking and exploring Lassen Volcanic Park or enjoy the surrounding area . Perfect fishing and swimming holes are near by too. Our cabins are only 5 miles from the Park!

Newer family home in a lovely little neighborhood. The house is decorated in a cozy country style that invites relaxation. The house is located near the main arteries of Paradise with easy access to Magalia, central Paradise and the Skyway. The house has three patios and one with a table for outdoor dining. Our home has a smart TV for easy access to your favorite apps. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking meals together. We have a different sofa than pictured.

Cozy Cabin in Lassen

Cozy cabin near some of California's most pristine pine forest, waterholes and fishing, and only 9 miles from the Lassen National Park's Southwest Visitor Center. The town of Mineral is a small island of private cabins surrounded by a sea of National Forest and National Park lands. An adventurer's dream. You could walk out the backdoor of the cabin, into the forest, and arrive at the Lassen Visitor Center without crossing a single paved road, or seeing another human. Just bears.

Our owner is chemical and fragrance sensitive. We use natural cleaning products and soaps. Also, explore the Pacific Crest Trail, Lake Almanor, or fishing in Battle Creek. Stay a while and relax, or work remotely in this newer cabin with awesome Starlink Wifi, master bedroom (Queen Bed) and a loft (Two Double Beds). Families are welcome; however, please do not book more than four adults.

This place offers 2 comfy queen size beds, kitchen, dining table and a spacious living room with a very comfy couch to relax on. This is a non smoking/drug home.
