The house was perfect for What we needed. my family of 8 stayed here and it was perfect and comfortable. Would def recommend this house to anyone trying to stay in the peoria area. Plus Mercedes and Chris were very responsive to any questions we had

Kim's house is curated with lovely pieces of art and furniture that is very comfortable. I'm seriously amazed at the attention to detail through out the house. i enjoyed the hot tub while I admired her annuals on their plantars. The kayaks were so much fun and relaxing. And after a fun-filled day of hikes and other adventures sleeping on the comfortable beds renewed us for more fun. Kim is very polite and communicates very well. She is great host with a great property that makes us want to return.

~Peaceful Farmhouse Retreat~ We loved our stay at the Little Farmhouse! Nestled in the middle of a multi-generational farmstead, this charming home was the perfect location for us being close to friends nearby. Sitting on the patio after dark was a treat listening to wild turkeys and frogs in the distance. The farmhouse itself was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and incredibly cozy – a perfect blend of modern farmhouse charm and comfort. In addition, we were close to everything! We enjoyed some fantastic local restaurants and shopping at Grand Prairie. This location was the best of both worlds: peaceful seclusion and convenience. The hosts were warm, responsive, and made us feel at home! We will definitely book this place again!

This will be our go to when we visit our daughter at school. The location is great, very close to a Dollar General, which was super helpful when I needed something at 8:45pm (they close at 9, lol). Saw numerous deer in the nearby park every day. Loved the fenced in backyard, which was perfect for our golden doodle. The beds were super comfy, loved the decor, the whole place was very clean. The master has a very fun electric fireplace built in to the wall, loved it. The home looks small from the outside, but inside it is very spacious.

Kimberly’s home is beautiful and very comfortable! I had my 88 & 85 years old parents with me and they felt very much at home! Very comfortable for them! They stay in they stayed in the room on the main level and we stayed up stairs! Couldn’t ask for a nicer place and better to stay! If you neede something Kimberly is there to help right away !! Before or after your stay!! I would Not hesitate to reserve this home again!! Thank you Kimberly for everything you've done for us!!

Amie’s place was great and was perfect for our trip. I was in Peoria with a colleague for a work trip, and this was a much nicer option than being in yet another bland corporate hotel! This property feels professionally managed and everything we needed was supplied. The kitchen was well equipped, linens were plentiful and new, and there were helpful extras (first aid, kitchen spices, iron and board, even a sewing kit) that you don’t always see in other places. TV and internet worked great. Everything was clean and comfortable. The area is quiet and wooded, but just a few minutes from downtown. The road below can be busy at times and the cars are moving quite fast (as there are no intersections nearby), so the left turn into the driveway can feel dicey if there’s oncoming traffic. Although, we didn’t notice any traffic noise in the evening and the bedrooms are towards the back, so it was quiet for sleeping. Overall, a great stay and we’d be happy to visit again in the future.

the apartments were easy to locate. the parking situation was not as bad as the reviews make it seem. The walls could use a good wash but other than that the place was clean. the kitchen had everything you need

My wife and I stayed here while visiting friends in the area. Fantastic accommodations. Just what we needed. Very very nice place. Clean and quiet. Very comfortable bed and living space. Adjacent to local shops and restaurants at Washington Square.

Cute place, within walking distance of town square! Excellent, prompt communication from host! Will easily add this as a place to stay while visiting the Peoria, Morton, Washington area!

Great host and responsive! Just be sure to bring earphones or something to block out noise at night.
