The house has been newly built with all of the creature comforts and a very well appointed kitchen. The hot tub , located outside on the deck is the icing on the cake. This is a perfect getaway for up to 6 people. In the summer you can swim right off the end of the dock on the property. There is also good bass and pickerel fishing in the river.

This property was deeded to the Motherwell family following the War of 1812, staying in their family name 100 years. The interior of the house is fully renovated with some exterior projects ongoing. Venture down to the dock to swim, lounge, or watch boats go by. Dogs are welcome but should be leashed by dusk to avoid meeting skunks or porcupines who frequent the area.
