Único departamento ubicado a solo 5 minutos del centro de la ciudad. Su terraza es privada y cuenta con espectaculares vistas, ademas de contar con una rustica casita con bancas, mesa y una bella iluminación por las noches. Se encuentra dentro de una propiedad privada muy segura la cual cuenta con estacionamiento. El acceso es muy fácil desde la carretera principal por lo cual evitaras manejar en las complicadas calles del centro.
