The house is very old, has character, like cracks in the walls, but it's a beautiful place & a nice change from the city. We live right on the forest & on the water. Despite insect screens, we sometimes have insects/spiders in the house. It can get a little damp when it rains a lot. There is 1 bedroom with 5 beds (all sleep in 1 room). There is also a living room, 1 kitchenette, 1 small shower-bath with washing machine. Not a luxury hotel, but ideal for relaxed people 🫶

Our cozy, newly renovated house in Hallein is in a quiet location with its own entrance. It has a living area of 150 m² and can therefore accommodate groups or families of up to 8 people. The house is located 4 km from Hallein and only 7 km from the festival city of Salzburg and is easily accessible from the nearby bus stop ( 400 m ). For athletes Sports center Rif is 2 km from the house Parking places for your cars are available directly in front of the house.

The bus goes through the most beautiful parts of Salzburg : Hellbrunn Castle, Anif Zoo, Untersberg with the Untersbergbahn. In addition, the chocolate factory, the Schellenberg Ice Cave, the Anif Forest Bath and Königsseeache are just a stone's throw away. The location is the optimal combination for nature and culture lovers.

Free parking and a bicycle await you.

In a 400 year old farmhouse is this charming apartment. The apartment is fully equipped. Anif is located 20 minutes from city center. So you can enjoy the nature of Salzburg as well as the city itself. It should be noted: There is no central heating - heating is provided by a wood stove.
