Amazing house and gardens. Exceeded expectations in terms of the homely feel, beds and basics in the kitchen available to guests. Had everything you could need. The only thing to note is that it is advertised as a 5 bedroom home however is 4 bedrooms (including the cottage attached to the garage) One person in our group pulled out the week before so we were ok, but if all 5 people came who were expecting their own room only to discover they were sleeping on a fold out sofa in a studio that already has another queen bed, it would not have met expectations.

The house is situated in a quiet neighbourhood and has working central heating. I'm especially grateful that dogs are allowed. Secured yard and parking is a great bonus. My only constructive feedback would be to consider replacing the damp, dusty lounge in patio with some outdoor furniture and addressing the cobwebs around the property. Other than that the home offers good value overall. Thank you ☺️

Couldn’t find a better place to admire our beautiful Victorian high country with family. The house kept up lovely and toasty on the cold winter mornings as we watched families of deer feeding on the lawn in front of us. What a stunning and truely special place Tania has…not to be missed.

This is a great value stay - modern renovation, cosy, very warm and an easy walk to really good cafes. It’s a 20 minute drive to other lovely towns in the area. There’s a big outdoor area. Chris and Racheal are proactive hosts and provided everything we needed. The house is really well appointed. We’ll stay again.

The cottage was lovely, well-furnished and equipped, and just what the four of us were seeking. Larissa's briefing and the notes she provided were extremely helpful and her manager, Gail, made sure we were settled in and nothing was lacking. All in all, a delightful getaway in a beautiful setting.

Great house in a private location off a slip road. Very close & easy walking to the lovely little town of Yackandandah. It has a great hotel, a good supermarket, pharmacy, cafes etc. Everything at the house was as described or better. Good kitchen with plenty pots, pans, plates, glasses, cutlery etc. Host provided bread, milk & eggs and there were cereals, jams, salt, pepper, oil and more. We used the main bedroom and it was roomy and the bed comfy. Our 2 small dogs loved the yard and slept in their dog beds in the large laundry. We would definitely return and happily recommend the house to others looking to visit Yackandandah.

Beautiful cozy cottage in a beautiful region. Despite true winter with snow on the surrounding mountains we were always comfortable and warm in Renee’s house and had a great time exploring Mount Beauty’s surrounds. Our dog loved the enclosed yard to roam free and some of the freely provided treats. Renee was very responsive and friendly. Highly recommended and hope we’ll be back for another stay in summer.

Our stay in Towanga was absolutely lovely. The property was spotless, well-equipped, and surrounded by stunning natural beauty. It was the perfect escape from city life — quiet, relaxing, and close to nature. David was welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed [e.g., the views of the hills, the outdoor deck, the fireplace, nearby walking trails, etc.]. This place is close to the petrol station, and other eateries. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in the countryside. Would definitely return!

We had a very comfortable stay with my dog. It was our second time at Mad on the Buckland. Kay was an absolutely wonderful host. We didn’t know there was a festival happening in Bright until Kay kindly let us know. Thanks to that, we were able to visit Bright just in time and enjoy the festival without missing a thing. The location is perfect for visiting nearby places, and we had such a peaceful and relaxing vacation. Thank you, Kay!

The place was even more stunning than the photos. We loved having the pool, and being so close to town and the river. Very spacious, great kitchen with all you need for cooking. Bathroom were clean and modern. Overall was lovely and would stay again

We had a wonderful long weekend at the bungalow. Andrew and Christine were warm and welcoming. They did everything to accommodate our needs and were so kind to let us bring our dog to stay. We look forward to staying again ! Thank you

Perfect base for a snow trip. The house is great for a group and within walking distance to the pub and restaurants. Vicky was proactive in contacting me and making sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again

Jenni is lovely and friendly. We loved the personalised welcome note on our arrival, the cosy and lovely decorated place, So clean and comfy. I loved the outdoor aear too. Perfect location, we enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and 5 minutes drive to Bright's town centre. We will definitely be back again soon.

You can see a lot of detailed that Karen has put into this BNB. Heating the room up before we arrived. Everything is just so outstanding. The local information in the file was so useful.

I randomly found this villa on Airbnb, and I was immediately drawn to its exterior and beautiful pool. After checking in, I was pleased to find that the actual place matched the photos perfectly. The modern design is comfortable and tidy, with convenient facilities, and the environment is peaceful. Most importantly, it is pet-friendly, and they even thoughtfully provided pet shampoo. My family and dogs had a very enjoyable and memorable weekend. Additionally, Sophie was very professional and responsible, with a friendly attitude. She responded quickly to any questions we had. This was a beautifully presented property and was as described. The property was large and expansive with excellent facilities. We were very comfortable and all our needs were met.

Lovely quiet spot close close to Bright, the bike trails and Mt Buffalo. Had a great stay.

Such a beautiful cosy pristine clean cottage, in beautiful Wandi with a lovely big enclosed garden, perfect stay for us & our two cavoodle dogs. Just magical in autumn & we were greeted with a lovely bottle of dessert wine & quality chocolates, and the wood fire going. Holly was always in contact to make sure we arrived safe, & with all we needed to know about the cottage & local restaurants etc. We’ve been to Bright many many times & we’ll definitely come back to stay here. One of our favourites! Thank you so much

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at Grey Wolf. We got off to a rocky start as we were not able to fit snow chains to our car but with the help of Melinda and Steve from 3741 Adventures we were able to get up the mountain safely. We didn’t end up seeing any snow but we had the most amazing and relaxing few days in Dinner Plain exploring and snuggling up in front of the fire. Melinda was an absolute delight to deal with and we can’t thank her enough for her outstanding hospitality and generosity. Our border collie was especially pleased with the dog treats Melinda left for him. We would 100% recommend coming and staying here and we’ll definitely be back. Thanks again Melinda, you were a star! ⭐️

For those who enjoy the bush and isolation with no wifi or mobile coverage but feel like treating yourselves to the cosy comfort of a bed, four walls and a roof, then this is the place for you! The cabin is a spacious property with amazing views of the river and hills. The kitchen is well equipped. We found the large bed very comfortable. We enjoyed whiling away the hours sitting reading in the evenings nestled on one of the settees.

Treetops was the perfect home away from home for us and our dogs. The location is superb and the surrounds were just wonderful. Shay was a great host and had everything we needed for our stay ready and set up. The yard is very big and great for our dogs. It isn’t fully secure though but we knew that already and it wasn’t a problem for us.

Crabapple Cottage was a lovely little cottage in a peaceful location with beautiful surroundings. It was well presented & well equipped for our stay. We love the location so it suited us perfectly for what we wanted to do as well as a place we could just relax & feel at home. David was a wonderful host & checked in on us to make sure everything was ok & always communicated well throughout our stay. He made sure you felt welcomed & at home during your stay. I would definitely recommend Crabapple Cottage.

Easy to find and park, pleasant walks from the house. We enjoyed the log burner, and the heated floor in the bathroom as the weather was cold and pretty wet!
