We are nestled in the foothills of the Victorian Alps,close to Bright. There is a crystal clear stream suitable for trout fishing nearby. Our little farm consists of cattle, chickens, two dogs, chestnuts and blueberries and bountiful Australia wildlife. The cottage(bedsit) is self contained and private, with one double and two single beds plus a very large shady garden with a BBQ and Gazebo. Pets are welcome. We very much welcome international travelers to this beautiful area.

This place was clean, warm and had everything we needed. The fire place was lovely, as well as the deck and gorgeous view of the mountains. We loved the starry night painting in the bedroom. Felt right at home.

The snowgum chalet was absolute serenity. A very peaceful and romantic get away for me and my partner. The only noise was from the ducks and birds which we loved. Very private and secluded. Pool was cold but the hot spa made up for it. Wendy was very accomodating and efficient in her responses. Thankyou for having us - beautiful weekend :)

Great spot, very picturesque. Perfect for a little weekend away. Even though there’s two other dwellings on the property you definitely feel like there’s plenty of privacy due to the greenery around the place. Our stay at Oro was absolutely wonderful. Pete and Prisk are kind, thoughtful, hosts. The accommodation is beautiful, extremely comfortable and ultimately private. The wood fire was nurturing on the cold nights and the morning views of the majestic mountains were magic. And the blueberry jam was delicious. Would return in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful stay at the farm! The cabin was modern and had everything we needed. Very cosy with big, comfortable beds which was a bonus! Our children adored the goats and donkeys and loved being able to feed them. Tandi was friendly and helpful with her instructions. Only a 5-10 minute drive from central Bright so very convenient but removed enough to have the peace and quiet of the farm with beautiful surroundings. Would definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed my time here, it was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything you’d need in an airbnb. Location was great, quiet and had beautiful views in the mornings. Worth every dollar and I would definitely stay again!
