Lesley's place is lovely - compact and chic, nicely designed and laid out, the bathroom could have been in a hotel! And Lesley was so friendly and welcoming, we really enjoyed our short stay there. There's a small beach within easy walking distance, which can be seen from the bathroom window at the back. Kinvara is nearby and - top recommendation - Linnane's seafood bar is a short drive away, as is the Flaggy Shore if you're a fan of Seamus Heaney poetry.

This is my second time staying here. It’s such a wonderful place to stay! Everyone’s so friendly, the accomodation is super clean and has everything you need, it’s super close to town and the room I stayed in is small but lovely. Super comfy bed! The only small negative is the street noise, but ear plugs fix that!

Really enjoyed our stay in this cosy, lovely, clean apartment. Very comfortable furniture and beds etc. Excellent central location with gorgeous ocean views. Lovely extra touches like having milk, water in the fridge etc and plenty of chocolate !!

Amazing location. Very authentic Irish experience. Water was hot, beds comfortable, recycling and composting available. Lots of space to park. Beautiful yard. Downstairs bedroom and adjoining bath were perfect for my older mother, while teenager had no problems in low ceiling bedroom. Just enough room for a group of 5 adults. Brilliantly retrofitted vintage cottage. Grealy’s grocery was 10 minutes from cottage. Be careful on road near cottage- single lane, windy with pedestrians and bikers. Be sure to follow instructions to walk to end of island- it was great for sunset. Easy access to Cliffs of Moher, Connemara and Galway. Dinner at Morans Oyster house was memorable. Highly recommend.
