Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Tavernier

Victor was a lifesaver! When we couldn't get out of the Keys because wildfires had Highway 1 closed down, and there was not a single hotel room left in Key West, I quickly got on airbnb and found this lovely condo had a cancelation for the night. Victor responded very quickly and helped us get checked in for a very comfortable night after a 12-hour day of sitting on the highway in hopes of reaching Miami for our flight. This lovely condo offered us much-needed respite -- we were afraid we were facing hours of driving further back down the Keys only to find no rooms available. I wish we could have hung around and enjoyed more of the lovely grounds at this place!

This place was great! Near many great restaurants, dock slip, quiet peaceful area, and located in the heart of key largo. The host was amazing and answered all questions asap.

Stu's house was perfect! Very comfortable, peaceful, clean and close to lots of activities. We enjoyed the outside areas down by the dock as well as the upstairs screened porch. Being right on a canal with easy access to great areas to explore with the included kayaks made our trip more enjoyable. We hope to return again soon!

We just came home from our vacation and we had a fantastic time. The house was exactly like it was listed and they were very responsive if we had any questions. The pool and spa were amazing and we spent a lot of time in them. We highly recommended this house and host.

Jose was very nice and flexible with our check-in after multiple delayed flights. He made sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed during our visit. Happy to provide recommendations of things to do. He was also extremely generous with our checkout time since our flights were later in the day. Great host and will definitely visit again!

Great place to stay if you have a boat it’s a short run to get out to the ocean and you’re right at the end of the canal so you’re right there on the bay. Tons of good restaurants around even though they were quite expensive but then again you’re in the keys.

Our multi-generational family had a truly memorable stay at this beautifully maintained Key Largo property. The home is spacious, well-appointed, and thoughtfully designed to accommodate both large group gatherings and quiet moments of rest. The open layout, generous bedrooms, and fully equipped kitchen made for a seamless and comfortable experience. The private pool was a highlight for all ages—immaculately clean, with pool toys and floaties that kept the children entertained for hours. The outdoor area offered ample space and seating, creating a relaxing atmosphere for everyone. The host, Matvei, was responsive, helpful, and attentive to every request, even providing a crib and child-sized life jackets. Every detail of the home reflected care and quality, and we would recommend it without hesitation to families seeking a welcoming, well-equipped retreat centralized in the Keys.

Very nice place, we enjoyed the pool and feeding fish in the lagoon. Didn’t try using the golf cart. The rental was clean and spacious,

Norma was the most responsive host I’ve ever encountered. Her replies were prompt and she provided outstanding recommendations for local restaurants and entertainment. She checked in with us frequently. Her rental is adorably nautical, clean and well-maintained. I loved her style! She made sure we had everything we needed.

Great location. It felt very quiet and peaceful. We didn't have the best weather so we didn't get to enjoy all the amenities of the property but it felt walkable.

When I say that this is the most perfect Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in, I am not joking. Tina’s place is a gem in the upper Keys. Super close to John Pennekamp State park, good restaurants, and even better bars. I was able to show family who had never been to the Keys just how beautiful it truly is. Tina’s place drove that point home! I can’t wait until I have the chance to stay here again!

Our stay in Key Largo was absolutely perfect! We were staying at another unit and decided to extend our vacation and were lucky enough to have Phil's unit available. The unit itself was amazing — spotlessly clean, cozy and well-stocked with everything you could possibly need. We especially loved amazing water views from both the screened-in balcony and patio - which was perfect for our wine nights and morning coffee. The community was just as impressive, with 2 pools, a peaceful saltwater lagoon where you can kayak, and a lovely beach area by the pier complete with chairs and tiki umbrellas. If you're considering booking — do it! This spot is a hidden gem and probably one of the best stays we've had in the Keys. You won’t be disappointed!

This is a great place in the Kawama Yacht Club community. We really liked the convenient location of the building, as it’s close to the entrance of the community and the pool area. The pictures don’t show it, but the pool area is visible from the relaxing lanai. The apartment is clean, comfortable and nicely renovated and decorated. Exactly as described and seen in the pictures! Great spot!

We visited Key Largo with another family to attend a swim meet in Islamorada. Rich was an outstanding host! Gave clear directions for check-in/check-out and was quick to respond to all of our questions. The townhouse is in a gated community, so there is some added privacy and security. A small rocky beach and a jetty close by make for a nice place to view the sunrise. There are multiple restaurants and stores within a few-minute drive from the place to grab a quick bite to eat or get supplies. We loved that the place had multiple levels with plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and relax after spending a long day in the sun. Definitely worth the trip and we'll be back for sure!

The place was exactly as pictured over looking the marina. The fire pits water side were very nice. The property is very walkable for morning and evening walks. Hot water was a problem when we arrived, limited hot water in kitchen And bathrooms. Maintenance came and turned water temp up. Golf cart did not work upon arrival. We were given a different cart the day before we were to leave, so used it once. I would think if carts are offered and paying for them within the nightly fee, they should make sure they work. The place is a good home base. Angela was very responsive to problems .Thank you for that. Yes, I would stay again and enjoy the pools !
