Moon's House: apartment in a strategic area

Moon's house is my first nest! Historic 19th-century building, a stone's throw from the Porta Nuova station (9-minute walk or 2 bus stops) A stone's throw from the house, you will find all the museums and the best shopping streets. In the surrounding area, you can enjoy a regenerating break in an oasis of greenery and tranquility: the Valentino Park, right in the city center. Possibility of parking on public roads or covered public parking at 14 euros per day (200 meters from the house)

Casa Verrua features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and an EV charging station for a fee. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. Flowers & veggies near Milan &Turin

The flat is at the second floor of our house that is a sort of farm. There is a nice view on the Alps and our garden. Wooden floors, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The suite has king size bed, a sofa and kitchen in the bedroom . Another room with 2 beds and sofa, and a third room with a double bed that I can separate in two single beds.
