Charming 100 m2 house, carefully renovated in 2021, located in the historic area of the village. The accommodation consists of a large 53 m2 living room, an open kitchen and a back kitchen. Upstairs you will find two spacious bedrooms with double bed (140 x 190), balcony and views of the vineyards and mountains, a library office area, bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. Parking is available in front of the house. Wi-Fi available.

Nice independent studio of 18 m2 for 2 people (wheelchair-friendly), there is a sofa bed with a very good quality mattress. It opens onto a pleasant courtyard with an electric barbecue. SAINT-FELIU-DUps is a small peaceful village close to Perpignan between sea and mountain, close to sites to visit such as the Orgues d 'Illes, and beautiful hiking spots. 30 min to Canet beach and Spain, 1 hr to the mountain. A paradise for lovers of hiking and gastronomic tours. Spain is a 20-minute drive away.
