Apartment large offers a sleeping place on approx. 108 m ², with three double beds in 3 bedrooms and sofa bed in the living room, up to 8 people. A large terrace overlooking the alpacas and the Chemnitztal completes the unique location. If you want to escape and slow down the stress of the city, this is the place to be. Each bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed 180x200cm and a flat-screen TV. You can expect alpaca bunk beds that guarantee a good night's sleep. There is underfloor heating in each room. The living room with open kitchen offers a great view of the pasture due to the large window areas. The large comfortable couch is extendable and can therefore also be used as a sofa bed. A large flat screen TV ( satellite reception ) is also in the room. The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher (Siemens), coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Dishes, cutlery, cutlery, pots, pots, pans, glasses, etc. are sufficiently available. The daylight bath with a corner bath, shower with large rain shower, sink, toilet and a mirror cabinet with hair dryer completes the overall picture. The 50 m² wooden terrace with unobstructed views of the alpacas and the Chemnitztal invites you to linger. The terrace is facing southwest for the perfect sunset. Die Wohnung befindet sich im EG und kann ohne Treppensteigen erreicht werden. Die Wohnung liegt sehr nahe (2 Autominuten) an der Autobahn A4. Das große Einkaufszentrum Chemnitz Center ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Die Haltestelle der Buslinie 21 ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt, mit der Sie das Stadtzentrum und den Hauptbahnhof erreichen können.

The 40 m² apartment is located in a quiet, idyllic location on our three-sided courtyard. Stepping out of the apartment, you are right on the terrace belonging to your apartment. The 2 beds are 1 m wide and 2 m long, 1 sofa bed is 2×2 m, very comfortable as a 3rd bed. You can hike through the vineyards in 15 minutes and reach the Seußlitzer Schloß. The Elbe bike path is only 400 m away from us. Relax in the natural pool Goltzscha. perfect. Parking space and 2 bicycles are free of charge.
