Each bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed 180x200cm and a flat-screen TV. You can expect alpaca bunk beds that guarantee a good night's sleep. There is underfloor heating in each room. The living room with open kitchen offers a great view of the pasture due to the large window areas. The large comfortable couch is extendable and can therefore also be used as a sofa bed. A large flat screen TV ( satellite reception ) is also in the room. The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher (Siemens), coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Dishes, cutlery, cutlery, pots, pots, pans, glasses, etc. are sufficiently available. The daylight bath with a corner bath, shower with large rain shower, sink, toilet and a mirror cabinet with hair dryer completes the overall picture. The 50 m² wooden terrace with unobstructed views of the alpacas and the Chemnitztal invites you to linger. The terrace is facing southwest for the perfect sunset. Due to the proximity to the A4 and A72 highways, you can quickly get to cities worth seeing such as Dresden, Leipzig and Weimar, or the beautiful Western Ore Mountains. Chemnitz City can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Just around the corner there is a nice playground for the smaller children. You can explore the area on many hiking trails.
