Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Our newly renovated and lovingly furnished holiday home (95 square meters) in a terraced house location has a generous amount of space. Behind the house is a cozy terrace and a large fenced garden and lawn area. The terraced house, located close to the outskirts, offers excellent opportunities for walkers and cyclists to enjoy nature in a maximum of 5 minutes on beautiful hiking and cycling trails. Nearby supermarkets, restaurants and gas stations offer everything your heart desires.

The apartment, newly built on the 1st floor of an old barn, is about 65 square meters, high-quality and divided into a modern bathroom with floor-level shower and bathtub, a spacious dining kitchen with small stairs to the spacious living room and balcony as well as a beautiful bedroom with queen size bed and views of the countryside.

130 years ago our great-grandfather built this farmhouse from natural stones. Today, we welcome you to this special place in a bright, cozy apartment in the attic. The charming mix of old and modern furnishings, the cozy underfloor heating, the sunny balcony and the large orchard invite you to a relaxing break in the countryside. Our house is the ideal starting point for cycling trips, hikes and excursions through the beautiful landscape between the Main and Tauber rivers.

The 50 square meter wooden house is in a quiet location on the outskirts and was awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber with a lot of love for detail. Our small retreat has been completely renovated and newly furnished inside and out. Take a break and recharge your batteries with cozy evenings by the fireplace :-)

Ιδανικό μέρος για οικογενειακές διακοπές λόγω του πλήρους εξοπλισμού. Βρεφική κούνια, καθίσμα φαγητού, παιδική πολυθρόνα και κάθισμα μπάνιου είναι στον εξοπλισμό του σπιτιού. Relax in the Franconian thermal baths or the Franconian open-air museum of Bad Windsheim. Local restaurants and shops are within easy reach.

Witch's house at the Spessart Forest

Idyllic tiny house in the middle of nature, on the edge of the Snow White town of Lohr am Main. In the house, built in 2022, there is a living area, kitchen, bathroom and a cozy bedroom in the attic. The private terrace overlooking the Spessart Forest invites you to dream. The hiking trail starts right outside the door. Two-legged friends are rarely seen here, but four-legged friends are. Our small zoo consists of dogs, cats and mini pigs.

The 500-year-old house was completely renovated in 2021. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the sofa under an elaborately restored stucco ceiling from the Baroque period, take a look at the historical details that can be found throughout the apartment and feel completely at home in the lovingly furnished apartment. Two bedrooms with double bed and separate bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and only 2 minutes' walk from the river bank with swimming bay.

Your getaway in beautiful Bad Mergentheim begins with a view of the entire city from the large rooftop terrace. With this special accommodation, all the important points of interest are close by, making it very easy to plan your stay. You can reach the spa park on foot in about 5-8 minutes and the city center in about 15 minutes. The Solymar thermal baths are also perfectly accessible on foot; it takes about 10 minutes.
