Home away from home

Entire house in condominium, 24-hour security. A space full of life with several trees and ample backyard. Near the sea and mountains. 1 and a half hour from Ubatuba and half an hour from Campos dos Jordão and Aparecida do Norte. We have an office and wifi and tv for those who need to rest and work at the same time. We have barbecue, garden furniture and several shopping spots near the house. We are in England and if you send a message at night I will respond as soon as I wake up because we are 4 hours ahead.

Super comfortable entire house located in a neighborhood near the center. Supermarket, shopping mall and cafeterias are very close. The house has a garage for up to 3 cars with an automatic gate, 3 bedrooms, one of which is a suite, and ALL bedrooms are equipped with hot and cold AIR-CONDITIONING, 2 bathrooms and 1 powder room. Ceiling fan. We offer bed and bath linens, 300-meg fiber optic Wi-Fi internet, Smart TV in the living room and in the suite. House fully equipped with new furniture. Excellent location.

A small farmhouse ideal for those who need a little peace and fresh air (and also for those who want to work from home!). The house is 20 km from the Dutra and Carvalho Pinto highways, with easy access by asphalt road. The site is within Fazenda São José, which has belonged to my family for decades. During your stay, you can learn a little more about the farm if you want. We have fast internet, fiber optics, new beds and a full kitchen for those who want to cook in the peace of the countryside!

Casa moderna, recém construída, com grande iluminação e ventilação natural. Espaço bom para passar dias tranquilos. Ótimo, também, para um período de home office, com boa internet. Bastante próximo da praça central da cidade (7 minutos andando) e a 3 quarteirões da Igreja do Rosário. Vista linda para a mata ribeirinha. Tem mangueira, caquizeiro, figueira e um canteiro de rosas diversas. A casa é totalmente cercada, com muro e tela, para o caso de hóspedes que possuem animais.
