Itamar is super kind and answered our questions quickly. The apartment was super clean and perfectly accommodated me and my husband, both doing home office. In addition, it is close to markets, pharmacies, squares, varied restaurants, and the neighborhood is very safe. Super recommend!

The apartment is simply wonderful, clean, comfortable, sanitized, in a very quiet place of Capivari, the main tourist spot. Even without the presence of the hosts on site, the service at the concierge was impeccable the delivery of the key, the guidelines and the whole step-by-step were clear and very easy. Congratulations to the entire team for the organization and efficiency! The welcome letter we received brought even more positive energy to our stay. What a perfect choice we did! Host Romero is very kind and organized. He received us personally and gave us a lot of information about the surroundings. The apartment was very clean and organized. It matches the photos. It's close to Shopping Malls, Pharmacies... We felt at home and will return at some point.

Edson was an outstanding host and we truly enjoyed ourselves at the apartment. The apartment is very close to several beaches and the swimming pool was splendid. The security guards at the front gate were very nice. Bed linen is an extra charge and that was something we had to consider. Luckily, the linen was all set up when we arrived, and we got to focus on the beautiful nearby beaches of Ubatuba.

Simply amazing, nothing like waking up in front of this blue Marzão, and sleeping with the sound of the waves. The condominium has a private beach, the house has everything you need, simple structure, but very cozy. Would definitely recommend 🧡

Marcos' accommodation is fantastic, all brand new and very well equipped and decorated. The building had even the availability of some essential items, such as cleaning products, soap and seasonings such as salt, sugar and others. Everything very well planned for greater guest comfort. Marcos is super attentive, always connected, responded to messages quickly. The property's location is easy to reach and close to the center or exits to any neighboring city. The region is spectacular. For those who do not know the surrounding of the Serra da Mantiqueira, it is worth knowing! And staying with Marcos makes the experience even more memorable! Another point to value is the cost benefit. Pindamonhangaba is a centralized city, which favors a quick turn to Campos de Jordão, Aparecida, Santo Antônio do Pinhal, etc at a much more economical cost. I just have to thank and recommend! Score 10!

Great stay. The apartment is exactly as it is in the photos, super new, spacious and airy. The entrance is secure both at the access gate and at the apartment door. It has an elevator, for me it was easy because I had a 4-month-old baby. The garage is cramped, but my car, which is a large sedan, fit. Just back in. It does not have bed, table and bath utensils: towels, pillow, blanket... as already described in the listing. I always take it from home, so for me it was easy. I used the stove and refrigerator, they are working perfectly. The television has several channels. Very good. Nearby I found a supermarket, bakery and pharmacy. As I have 2 children, I value this very much. It has air conditioning but we didn't get to use it. The surroundings seem to be quiet, but we chose not to go out at night since we had a child. If you have a car, it's very easy to get to several beaches in the region. Overall we liked it a lot, it met our needs!

The place was as described. The host was very responsive via what's app and gave great recommendations. I wouldn't classify the neighborhood/location as "beautiful", but it was close to the center with the car.

The stay was great, the apartment was very well structured, in environments, furniture, utensils, we were very comfortable, feeling at home. It had several details that made it very easy to stay, for example , offering toilet paper, sink soap.... The condominium is also great, the pools, game room.

Glaucia's space is even better than the description. I've been staying in this condominium for 4 years, but I've never found an apartment as clean and equipped as Glaucia's. The stay with Fran, was wonderful! The listing instructions were already clear and when I had some questions she promptly answered. I felt welcomed, as my boyfriend said "the apartment is very cozy, really a home". It is well located close to the center, quiet neighborhood. We love our stay and will already be scheduled to return to Ubatuba and stay with Fran. Investment is WELL worth the investment. Very spacious apartment, with all the furniture and utensils. The condominium is also very good, it has a swimming pool that is cleaned every day, the doormen are very polite. The only observation I wanted to point out is that the parking spaces are very small, if you have very large cars you may have difficulty parking, my car is a 2008 and it was very tight on the sides.
