Very central to all amenities. Garden at rear of property is a lovely little sun trap. Only stayed one night but facilities are certainly enough for a much longer stay. Will certainly look to book again when returning to the area. Chantelle was very responsive, friendly and helpful to any queries. Fresh milk, coffee/tea etc. Crumpets, butter and jam left was a much appreciated extra

We absolutely loved our stay at Joys place. It was in the perfect location, the house itself was gorgeous, the decor was stunning and it was a perfect place to stay for a couple of nights break. She made everything fab and we had great nights sleep aswell. Definitely be staying here again!

I didn’t stay there myself, I booked the place for my co-workers coming over from London , but they said the place was very nice!

Lovely homely cottage a short drive from Lincoln. Peter the host was very responsive and communicated well with us throughout. We were allowed access 2 hours earlier than the allotted time which was great. The cottage had everything we needed for our stay including a welcome pack of breakfast items such as eggs, bacon, sausages, milk, bread butter and Peter’s own home made honey. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, particularly the wood burning stove and the outdoor area where we could watch the rabbits and pheasants every day. I would recommend this delightful cottage to anyone coming to beautiful Lincoln. There is so much to see and do!!

Great location for us to visit Cadwell Park, everything in the accommodation exactly what we wanted and kitchen well equipped se we were able to cater for ourselves.

Gorgeous air bnb. Classy with beautiful finishing touches. Loved the patio and the 2 young horses outside. Idyllic setting.

Excellent property close to Lincoln. Great host who provided clear instructions and very responsive to any questions/requests. Please to stay here and would stay again.

This host is fantastic and made us feel so welcome. Communication was 5*. The cottage was clean, homely and so comfortable. We will keep our fingers crossed that we can always stay here when we need to visit family in sleaford from now on

Emma and the caravan was wonderful. We loved the fishing and the hot tub. Be prepared to purchase the £80 guest pass for the facilities as the only thing available without it is the fish and chip shop. Everything else is only accessible with the pass including the bars, pubs, playground and archade. Much of the activities were either booked up or not running. Book ahead would be my advise. We did manage to be squeezed in fir swimming and the pool was lovely. Thanks Emma. A lovely place I just needed to be better prepared for the caravan park facilities

We had a fantastic stay at lakeside view. So peaceful and beautiful surroundings being situated right by the lake. Jean was a great host, super helpful and responsive. The lodge was even better than we were expecting. Would definitely recommend

Great location, plenty of views and wildlife around! Short walk to facilities. Garden was a great size for our two newfies and toddler but unfortunately wasn’t the most secure. Fence was quite wobbly and gate opened in the wind. Thankfully our tribe was well behaved and no one escaped. Hot tub was great. 5 Stars – A Relaxing and Thoughtful Stay! We had such a lovely 3-night stay at this lodge! The place was spotless on arrival—so clean and well-kept, which instantly made us feel comfortable and at home. One of the sweetest touches was the free welcome gift waiting for us—it really made us feel appreciated and set the tone for a relaxing getaway. The hot tub was a dream and a massive hit with the children. It was perfect for soaking under the stars in the peaceful surroundings. The lodge itself was cozy, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the quiet location, but it was also close enough to explore some great local spots. Everything was so easy, and Ruth clearly cares about their guests’ experience. Ruth messaged me and kept me updated with when the lodge was ready. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind in a clean, welcoming, and peaceful setting. We’ll definitely be back!

Really nice lodge, hot tub was amazing

We stayed in fishing lake 59 and We LOVED this place! Thank you so much for the prosecco and shortbread, The hot tub was perfect, All the little personal homely touches were just lovely. The view of the lake is stunning! has a large private decking area to sit out and look into the lake, Kaci was very lovely and gave us all the information we needed. We honestly couldn’t fault the whole thing! We needed a place to unwind and relax after not the best 6 months and this was just the place! Already looking into booking again at some point! 🫶🏼

This is a really beautiful place to stay, and Sherry and Irven looked after us extremely well. The area is not one I know well, but we loved it - if you want peaceful countryside, but lots that is really interesting to visit, then it's ideal. We will definitely be coming back! So peaceful and relaxing. Nothing to hear except the birds tweeting! Great views of the countryside all around. Lovely pod.. just what you need for an escape away. Nice and private and the hot tub for 2 tops it all off. Alan was very responsive for any questions we had and we will definitely rebook. Thank you for a lovely weekend Hedgehog nest!

A brilliant night away with our two dogs at a lovely spot. A short walk to the local pub only two doors up with nice drink selection and food. The hut was clean and well presented. Our two dogs are small and space was slightly limited, but it is to be expected from where you know you are going to be staying. We would return. A brilliant location and a brilliant responsive host. We stayed on the night it was 26 degrees and it was very hot in the hut. I think it would be good if a fan was included to plug in. I also think it would be good if there were more comfortable seats on the open space, maybe an outdoor sofa set or something similar. Other than that cannot say a bad thing about this place. Brilliant stay and would recommend to friends and family.

Myself & my husband Paul stayed at this beautiful converted barn for 1 night, we also had an our Cavapoo Bailey who loved meeting Louise’s little dogs. The barn was very clean and had lots of entertainment for us to use. We walked into Woodhall Spa which is such a lovely village, lovely pubs and lovely food. We will definitely be back to stay here.

We had the best stay at Kite Lodge. The surroundings are absolutely stunning and the hot tub made the experience extra special. The lodge had everything we needed and the dogs are well accommodated for here too just bear in mind that the immediate garden area isn’t enclosed but that was ok for our dogs. Plenty to do in the surrounding areas all recommended by Rachel in the welcome pack. We will be recommending Rutland Hideaways to everyone!

Really lovely shepherds hut in it's own private fenced in garden/vineyard. Our little dogs had a really good look but no matter how hard they tried they couldn't find a way out. Very little road noise and all the facilities were really good and easy to use. We were all so relaxed and had the chilled out, switched off weekend we really needed. Beyond the accommodation the site is beautifully maintained and is obviously a work of love as well as a really smart business model. Perfect part two to our honeymoon.

Lovely, peaceful weekend stay with a friend and my dog. The cottage is lovely and cosy, bed was really comfortable. The garden is really big and completely enclosed, so perfect for the dog. The main sauna wasn't working but there was a second one which was great. The sauna room is really relaxing, we stayed in there for a few hours in the afternoon, just relaxing on the chairs and nipping in and out of the steam. Lovely choice of upstairs terrace with a view of the river or the verandah or around the firepit for drinks. All in all, a lovely cottage and location.
