An absolute dream. Super and modernly furnished with a view of the detail. The location on the edge of the Troodos mountains in the middle of the vineyards. Brilliant to relax.

The house is very nice, very clean and Ms. Meryem was very caring. It is much better to not have lighting to the entrance of the site in terms of location. There may be problems finding the entrance by car at night.

The house was as described, there were only minor problems with cleaning, but somehow we handled it. The plates in the kitchen were dirty and stained and the pans were oily, there were very few items in the kitchen, we had a hard time. Everything else was fine. On our 2nd day, the water broke, but Ruslan handled it in a very short time and solved our problem. The pool area was really nice and pleasant, the outdoor area of the house was peaceful, we liked it very much. It's not a very central place, but we had what we needed, like a grocery store and a restaurant. If I come to Cyprus again, I can choose this place again.. :))

It's definitely a magnificent house. It will make you feel peaceful in every aspect that is furnished with pleasure. I felt extremely comfortable during my 5-day stay. The host was very interested in everything. Thank you so much. If I were to stay in this area again, it would definitely be an experience that I would not look for anywhere else.

The apartment is spacious. well appointed and has an excellent outlook over the Central landscaped pool area.

This was our second stay, and we enjoyed it. The location and facilities are excellent, and the laundry dryer is a convenient feature. There are nice views from the balconies, and you might even spot a full-size rainbow 🌈 after a shower. The host is very responsive, and the neighbor is kind and a pleasure to interact with. Overall, a fantastic place!

Everything was very nice, our hosts were very caring and receptive, they quickly helped us with every question. The location of the house was also quite close to the center. We had a great holiday with 4 friends in this house! Everything is thought out to the finest detail and even more beautiful than in the photos. The spaciousness and tasteful decoration of the living room and kitchen really impressed us. We were also very pleased with the cleanliness, everything smelled great. Drinking coffee on the porch in the morning was enough for us to start the day peacefully. The pool area was almost as comfortable as a hotel. In terms of location, it really deserves a separate praise. It was a great advantage that it was only 4-5 minutes by car to Kyrenia Merit Royal Hotels. Likewise, it was very easy to reach the sea. We wanted to check in early because we arrived on a very early morning flight. This was not possible because she had guests at home at that time, but Ms. Beyhan was so kind and solution-oriented that she hosted us in another very nice house she arranged for us, only for a cleaning fee. This gesture made us really happy. It is one of the most peaceful and enjoyable houses to stay in Kyrenia, Cyprus

A lovely villa in the perfect location. Great pool area. 2 Mins to walk to the beach and then able to access coastal path that takes you to Protaras and Paralimni. Lots of local restaurants and shops…. But so close to Protaras! We had a fab time. There were only two of us but nice and spacious for families :-) Marios was very helpful and responsive when needed ! Thank you

Vila Santa Firenze in Ayia Thekla is a very complete holiday accommodation! With a nice swimming pool, seats in front and behind the house and a reasonably spacious house, it is fine to stay there. Upon arrival we were surprised by a more than full basket of all kinds of food, also a stocked fridge and more than enough other stuff not to have to go to a supermarket right away for eating the first day(s)! The house has all the necessary necessities to cook, wash and stay! The location of the house is in a quiet neighborhood, within 5 minutes you are on the beach and by car the local supermarket is also reached in a few minutes (on foot about 25 minutes walk). A car is advisable to explore the island, public transport also stops close to the house. Svetlana responds particularly quickly to sent messages, unfortunately we did not see her personally to thank her. A perfect recommendation for a wonderful vacation!

Kamil is not a super host because first of all Kamil is a super person. The house was very fine, clean and in a prefect position. Kamil was always available, kind and ready to answer any questions we had

Our stay at this beautiful house in North Cyprus was just fantastic! The location is a dream – close to the sea, with a stunning view of the water. The pool was spotlessly maintained and provided the perfect cooling off on hot days. The house itself was exceptionally clean and well appointed, we immediately felt at home. Host Laura was very friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. She took care of all kinds of matters such as taxi transfer, rental cars and excursion destinations perfectly. It was always easily accessible. Absolutely exemplary ! We highly recommend this house and would be happy to come back!

I booked with Demetris solely based on the fantastic reviews and we weren’t disappointed. On arrival to Larnaca Airport Demetris was there to collect us and we began our short journey to his beautiful apartment which is perfectly located in the traditional old town of Larnaca. Right next to the apartment are retail shops, supermarkets, family run bakery’s, bars and restaurants serving all cuisines. The stunning Finikoudes Beach is just a 5 minute walk, where you can also enjoy a full range of sightseeing tours and transportation which can take you to any part of the Cyprus coast. The apartment is very homely and has everything you would need. Fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom and two bedrooms with a great balcony. Demetris is truly a wonderful host and was very helpful and easily accessible if you needed help. I’d highly recommend you visit Cyprus and stay at Demetris apartment, you won’t regret it. From the both of us, thank you Demetris and we will see you again soon

I would recommend this apartment to anyone! Fredrik and Ulrika were very helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, located in a secure gated complex.

It is an ideal place for those who want to live not far from the Nissi beach. The house is clean and cosy. There is everything for comfortable living. Each bedroom has its’ own bathroom. Huge terrace. Gary answered all our questions, very polite communication. Will be glad to come back here again!

The apartment was brand new and very clean. A beautiful little apartment with a magnificent view of the countryside. In the distance you can even see the sea. The house is a little remote and therefore very quiet. You need a rental car to get around. The landlord is very nice and helpful, also lives in the house in his own apartment.

The apartment was tidy and clean as seen in the pictures, it is in a very good location, there is a large grocery store right in front of the site. The site where the apartment is located is nice and clean, there is a nice and large pool right in front of the apartment. Ms. Cansu is very friendly and responded quickly to all our questions. We will choose it again.
