First of all, we would like to thank Mr. Cağ for his interest and relevance. The location of the house is in a central and decent site. There was nothing missing, everything was thought out. I can't help but mention that the house is clean and tidy. If we happen to be in the area again, we would love to stay here again.

This place on the steps of Kyrenia Harbour, is an absolute gem. The setting is one of the most beautiful I’ve experienced, with breathtaking views. The apartment is spacious, spotless, and exactly as pictured (simple, elegant, and full of beautiful touches). I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs, and this one really stands out. Esra was a phenomenal host… kind, responsive, and so helpful. I was actually planning to stay again but had to change plans due to an emergency. Highly, highly recommend. Five stars all the way!

An absolute dream. Super and modernly furnished with a view of the detail. The location on the edge of the Troodos mountains in the middle of the vineyards. Brilliant to relax.

We had a lovely stay at the pool house! It is gorgeous and so calm and peaceful, and has everything you would need including a fully equipped kitchen and large bed. Our holiday was late october which was perfect for temperature but maybe a little cold to use the pool, and the pool area was mostly shadowed by the trees for most of the day (although there were always spots to sunbathe if you kept moving the lounger). I imagine this wouldn’t be an issue in summer of course. We paid around 16-20€ each way for taxis into Nicosia.

Everything was perfect, the apartment is cozy clean and has anything you might need for your staying and the balcony is a big plus. The apartment is exactly located in a middle distance from the 2 important sites of the city, 15minutes walking north untill finikoudes and 15minutes walking south untill mackenzie. The neighborhood is calm, just a few minutes walking to the beach, petros supermarket is 2 streets away and there are many authentic restaurants nearby. Last but not least, the owners are very kind, fast responding and helpfull. The checkin and checkout were smooth and easy to do. I highly recomand this apartment 🥰👍

The apartment was clean and tidy as shown in the photos. We stayed for 2 nights and were very satisfied. The host was quick to respond to our very relevant messages.

The street address is clear and easy to find. The check-in process is simple and hassle-free. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need for an apartment. Communication with the host is very fast and solution-oriented. There were only a few harmless flies in the house the first night. I only gave this information about the check-in, I didn't have any requests. Although I sent this message in the morning, they hung a first aid kit and fly repellent on the door very early in the morning. The fly problem did not occur again. However, the host's behavior was very kind. I would like to thank Ms. Leyla and her esteemed mother for this wonderful experience.

Everything was great! The contact person was always easily accessible and responded quickly to inquiries. Everything was reliably taken care of. Very satisfied!

George is a very charming fellow. He co-hosts with his son, who very quickly reacts to any questions asked online. The flat is very nice and functional. Nights are quiet. We have not had the opportunity to use the terrace, but it was at our sole disposal throughout the stay. There is a local shop very close by, with basic stuff for all kinds of needs and a moderately good taverna several hundred metres away, at the main road. The place is a very good base for car trips (free parking, quick highway access with a petrol station on the way); don't expect sights or entertainment locally (though the Nautical Club is a nice place for drinks). Tip 1: the coffee systems are French press and cezve. Bring your own ground coffee. Tip 2: bus drivers don't know the local street names, and the bus stop from the airport or city is not "number 18". Have the local Pame app ready or use a map app and watch out for a roundabout with a pharmacy right after it, on the left -- press "stop" immediately.

Everything was very nice. We stayed as if we were in our own home. Thank you very much.

Lora has been the perfect host always available to answer and questions. The property is amazing, large open spaces my 1yr old loved crawling around the whole apartment whilst we could see her. With a balcony on both sides we had sun and shade options all day with fantastic sunset views. There’s a small park visible from the front door with swing and a roundabout. All route around are pram friendly we only ventured a small way around the salt lake but that was suitable and we even got on to the dried up part of the lake with a little carry of the pram. The hot tub is heated by the sun so easy to use and great on a hot day be sure to pop the cover on when not in use to keep it as clean as possible there’s an out door shower perfect for a rinse before use and the apartment isn’t over looked and is completely private. 10/10!!!

wonderful apartment,fully consistent with the photos! there is everything for a comfortable stay, personal hygiene products, lots of towels, equipped kitchen! comfortable large bed! cleanliness! everything within walking distance,market and restaurant in two minutes walk! we liked everything very much! thank you very much to the owners for the attention!!! 😁

Şarafi’s apartment is the best place to stay in Famagusta. Şarafi is an attentive host who helped us with queries and ensured we were happy with the apartment when we checked in. The apartment was very clean with great ac, lots of outlets and lots of cupboard space. The bathroom is lovely. The kitchen is also great and has everything you need. We would happily stay here again

The house was as described, there were only minor problems with cleaning, but somehow we handled it. The plates in the kitchen were dirty and stained and the pans were oily, there were very few items in the kitchen, we had a hard time. Everything else was fine. On our 2nd day, the water broke, but Ruslan handled it in a very short time and solved our problem. The pool area was really nice and pleasant, the outdoor area of the house was peaceful, we liked it very much. It's not a very central place, but we had what we needed, like a grocery store and a restaurant. If I come to Cyprus again, I can choose this place again.. :))

If you want to spend your time on the resort only, than the location is good. If you want to visit some other places then you need a car and drive 1 - 1,5 hour. For example : Girne is a nice place to visit for a day. Nice swimming pool, Gym, Spa, beach with beds and umbrellas. Nice restaurant.
