All with split air conditioning, bed linens and towels. Spacious living room with pool table, TV, and fireplace. We recommend a maid. We accept pets. Parking for 5 cars. High standard.

You will be close to everything, restaurants and nightclubs, schooner and buggy rides, a 5-minute walk from the main shops on Rua das Pedras, and have the convenience of walking to the main beaches, Ossos Azeda and Azedinho and João Fernandes… or if you wish to go by taxi boat. We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse.
