We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sunrise Lodge. The property was cosy, clean, and exceptionally well-equipped, particularly the kitchen, which had all the essentials and more for preparing home-cooked meals. The house was easy to locate, with clear directions provided, and set in a peaceful, picturesque environment.The surrounding area is truly stunning, offering a perfect retreat for nature lovers. One of the most delightful aspects of our stay was being greeted daily by two friendly lambs—an unexpected and charming addition that made our experience even more memorable. The outdoor BBQ area was a great feature, allowing us to enjoy relaxed, quick meals in the fresh air. It was ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring the countryside.The host was consistently responsive, friendly, and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Their attentiveness and hospitality really made a difference.

The Hive was ideal for our mini-break. Extremely well-appointed, clean, quiet and within easy walking distance of town. The patio outside was a perfect breakfast and supper spot.

A unique property. Very spacious. Wonderfully quiet only the sound of birds. Very centrally placed for visiting Dorset's country houses and market towns. Excellent host. Highly recommend.

Meticulously restored, The Old Coach House has it all. The bedrooms are immaculate, spacious and spotless and the communal areas are finished to a high standard while still retaining a homely feel. The view from the hot tub is stunning - we really wished we had stayed longer. The owners have really thought of everything and the small details made our stay 10/10 (robes for the tub, fridge essentials, welcome snacks and drinks). The photo book detailing the history of the renovation is also a must-see. Ronnie was really responsive and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Check in was super easy and it was great knowing that if we had any problems (which we didn't) we'd be able to get a quick answer. I rarely leave reviews but felt absolutely compelled to as this is one of the best Airbnb experiences I have had and cannot wait to return to this beautiful house. Thanks for allowing my friends and I to end the year in such a wonderful setting :)

Had a wonderful stay at Bakery Cottage. It’s extremely comfortable and well appointed, with exactly the right mix of historical interest (including the showstopping inglenook and some lovely furniture) and modern comfort. For such a small cottage every room feels spacious - the bathroom in particular was very roomy. It was extremely warm during my stay and the garden was both a sun trap and shady, embowered pollinator’s delight - just beautiful - but when it’s cooler the cottage must be an extremely warm and cosy bolt hole. Add one of the most generous welcome hampers I can remember, great communication (down to a text message about the blanket I mistakenly left) and a warm welcome, it’s 10/10 for Susanne and Bakery Cottage - thank you very much and we’ll be back!

Beautiful area to stay in and beautiful air b&b, very clean and tidy and matched description perfectly. Hot tub was lovely, lovely view out the back window and everything to perfection. Host amazing and quick with replies, very helpful. Very quiet and nice place to get away too would recommend.

This was the best AirBnB we've stayed in for cleanliness and because it was so well appointed. There really was all sorts of things that we often don't find. The bed was really comfy and windows were easy to open to get some much needed ventilation because of the heat. Karen did even offer us a fan but we were ok. The little table and chairs in the garden was much appreciated as was the addition of a sun umbrella. We felt very safe and secure too. The bathroom was great - lovely shower, lots of hot water, towels etc. We found that local buses were frequent to get into Poole and we were able to walk up into Broadstone itself which has places to eat, drink and get essential supermarket supplies. The road is lovely and quiet with great parking, so this is definitely on our list to come back again when we visit family. Many thanks Karen.

We really enjoyed our long weekend at the cottage. The setting is lovely and peaceful. It is a great base to explore from, with so many things within a 30 minute drive. Great walks on the doorstep too. The cottage is well equipped, with a modern kitchen and shower room and beautifully clean throughout. It is cosy and has everything you need for a restful stay. Helen is quick to respond to messages and is friendly and helpful. we have no hesitation in recommending the property and hope to revisit in the future.
