Modern 20 m2 studio with equipped kitchen, bathroom with a walk-in shower, 160 cm bed, TV and WiFi. Heated pool access (May to September 15) , outdoor space shared with the owners; jacuzzi reserved for tenants. The studio is attached to our house but the entry is independent. Located 10 minutes by car from the beaches of Seignosse, Hossegor and Capbreton, 25 minutes from Bayonne and 50 minutes from Spain. Many bike paths departures. Gated parking in the yard.

Ideally located 15 minutes from the Landes coast and its beautiful beaches, our cottage "Les Girafes" is housed in a 2-hectare wooded park with pond and swimming pool. It's a cabin in the middle of a Douglas fir forest. It includes a double bed on the mezzanine overlooking the forest and another single bed. The terrace will allow you to enjoy the forest while enjoying an aperitif and then dinner at the pace you want. The cabin includes: a dry toilet a hot outdoor shower a Norwegian bath a gas plancha area. wood for stoves. Sheets are provided. Towels are provided on request from 2 nights.

You can explore the Landes beaches and the Basque coast (20 minutes from Bayonne and hossegor/CapBreton).
